Chapter 21

Atsumu woke up the next day in pain. He rushed to the toilets and hunched over it throwing up. He was hit with a random wave of nausea and now he was throwing up nothing but stomach acid. He coughed and groaned loudly.

Osamu rushed into his room and rubbed his brothers back. Atsumu sobbed and held his stomach as he leaned beside the toilet.

"Are you okay Tsumu??"

The older nodded slowly and sighed. He got up, brushed his teeth and walked with Osamu to the kitchen. It had been about 4-5 weeks since his last heat and His next heat was in a couple of days. He held onto the necklace that Sakusa had given him and sighed.

"I'm hungry" Atsumu whined. A plate was placed in front of him and he picked at the food.

"This looks disgusting" He mumbled

Osamu stared at his brother with shock all over. Oikawa froze and turned to the omega who wasn't eating.

"That's your favorite breakfast Atsumu??" Oikawa said quietly. Atsumu looked up and pouted. He got up and walked to his room without saying anything.

Atsumu yawned loudly. He was sitting on Sakusa's lap and had his face nuzzled into the olders neck. He was inhaling the pheromones that he so much loved. A purr left him as he nuzzled into the scent gland

"Mm Atsu you smell very sweet and you're being clingy" Sakusa mumbled rubbing his hands through the omega's hair. Atsumu mumbled something and whimpered when an alpha walked in.

"Boss!" It was Lev. Sakusa noticed the small whimper and growled out loud to Lev. A warning growl.

"Is he pregnant??" Lev asked making Atsumu raise his head.

"No" Atsumu hissed and nuzzled closer to the alpha. Sakusa sighed and looked up at Lev.

"Theres no way he can be pregnant" Sakusa scoffed.

"What did you want??"

"Osamu wanted to give Atsumu something. He didnt say what it was and I didn't open it." Atsumu lazily reached his hand out and took the bag that Lev handed him. He turned in the others lap making his back come in contact with Sakusa's chest.

He opened the bag and peaked in before gasping and closing the bag quickly. He opened it and took out the small note that was in there.

Hey Atsumu. I know you're gonna deny this but take the test. Trust me I was like this when I figured out I was pregnant. You'll get closer to the father of the baby and cling to them like crazy enjoying their scent and their company. You won't want any alpha near you either.

Please just take the test!!

Atsumu sighed and placed the paper back into the bag. He looked towards Lev and thanked him. He watched as Lev left before he stood up.

"I've gotta use the bathroom I'll be right back" He whispered gently pulling down Sakusa's mask and placing a soft kiss on his lips. He pulled away before walking off with the bag.

he can't be pregnant

His mind scanned his the time of his head and he swears up and down that Sakusa used protection. He looked at the wall and led himself to the bathrooms. When he opened the door he pulled out his phone and texted Oikawa to meet in the bathroom. He face timed his brother and put the phone on the sink.

"Yo wassup! Did you get the bag??" Osamu asked through the phone just as Oikawa walked in.

"I did and I'm gonna take the test but I swear of it comes out positive I'm not telling Sakusa shit" Atsumu hissed quietly. Oikawa was already aware of the situation so he grabbed the bag and opened it.

In it was a blue box with big white letters that read Male Omega Pregnancy Test

He pulled out the small cup and handed it to Atsumu.

"Jesus... I don't wanna do this. Samu what if it comes out positive I CANT get pregnant with his baby" Atsumu panicked. Oikawa hugged him and rubbed his hair for a bit

"Its alright Tsumu. If you're pregnant and don't want it Ill call a doctor for an abortion if you want it then Ill help you hide it. We're in this together" Oikawa said quietly. Atsumu nodded and walked into the stall. He waited till he has to pee before filling the cup halfway.

"Give me a stick" Atsumu said reaching over the stall. He was handed a small pregnancy stick and let it fall into the pee. He held it there for a few seconds before pulling it out and dumping the pee.

"Now we wait a few minutes" he turned the pregnancy test upside down and walked outside the stall. He washed his hands and placed the test facing down on the counter.

"It's gonna be alright Tsumu"

"Me and your brother love you regardless and we'll help you if you have a baby.. You're not alone" the three minute timer ran and Atsumu grabbed the test. He took a deep breath his hands shaking as he flipped the test.

"It's...."
