Chapter 3

Kat P.O.V

Whatever the falling object was crashed, and it made a shit ton of noise, which hurt my ears. OWWWWWWWWWWW I thought as I ran toward the crash site.

When I finally arrived to the crash site there was dust swirling around the object, obscuring my view of whatever it was. I circled around the hole as the dust began to clear; a ... person came into view. Whoever this person was, was unconscious and injured. I climbed in and pulled the boy out of the pit and assessed his injuries. There were several cuts on his face along with along his chest... along with one of his wings dislocated. WTF?!! He... must be a hybrid as well...... I should help him out..........

=========================================

I pulled the guy back to my home base (aka ma tree), which wasn't easy considering the dude was almost twice my size. I somehow managed to half drag; half carry him to the tree. From that point I somehow managed to get him to one of the higher branches, much to my arms complaints. By the time I got him up it was getting dark and I certainly didn't have enough energy to look for food. My stomach growled, it had been at least three or four days since I had eaten much of anything. I was exhausted amd of course like the idiot I was I fell asleep.

=========================================

I woke up to see the guy staring at me; I jumped about three feet in the air.

"Where the hell am I?" he asked me

"......." I sat there trying to figure out what the heck to even say to this guy.

"WHERE. AM. I?" He asked again.

I blinked and blurted out my stupid thought, "Um a tree?"

".... You're a moron."

"No I'm not... besides I helped you out, so you should be a little more grateful." He frowned at this. He growled something under his breath and the asked "What even happened?" I shrugged.

"How the hell am I supposed to know, all I saw was you and your dumbass crashing, and creating what looks like a meteor crater in the ground."

His eyes went wide when I said this. "You saw my wings?!"

"I can see you wings dumbass"

He looked surprised and tried to hide his wings but winced in pain.

"It's dislocated stupid." He looked at me angrily. I stood up and climbed over to him and said "Let me help!" before popping it back into place.
