''ready to go?'' jeongguk peeked in their shared room, since he has been waiting for taehyung to get ready for the event they were going at.

taehyung was just putting on his drop-like earring on both sides, and looked at jeongguk with an innocent smile ''just a second, you can go get your coat.'' he said and the other responded with a nod.

taehyung smilled at jeongguk, nodding his head a bit in sign for jeongguk to go and take something from his coat. they were being careful what they are talking about because...y'know, you can never be sure if you are being tracked or not.

taehyung reached out for the drawer under his desk, where he was actually getting ready in this certain moment, and looked around to see if jeongguk was still there.

''ready for tonight?'' jeongguk asked taehyung when he came to the hall where he was dressing up, ''remember what you need to do, babe?''

taehyung chuckled and took his coat from jeongguk's hands, ''I'm not an amateur, babe. trust me tonight.'' his hand carefully caressed his cheek and smiled softly. ''everything will be alright.'' he whispered.

they softly pressed each other's forheads and their talks were more like a whisper, ''I feel like we didn't made the best plan..'' jeongguk sighed, but taehyung chuckled at him an dkissed his nose.

''everything will be alright, have hopes gguk.'' taehyung pressed a peck on his cheek as well and took his coat from jeongguk's hands, ''I'm not an amateur, babe. trust me tonight.'' his hand carefully caressed his cheek and smiled softly. ''let's go.''

jeongguk noticed how taehyung sneakily took the keys for the car from his side pocket and didn't hesitate to take the chance to grab his wrist and gently pin him to the wall, ''gotta do better, dear. you don't want our plan to mess up tonight, do you?''

taehyung looked up with his dark brown eyes. jeongguk had been teasing him for months now and lord, he was never getting tired of it. ''didn't you learn already, jeongguk-ssi?''

''hm?'' jeongguk frowned at taehyung.

''I never fail to die.''

the two of them finally parked at the parking lot of the club where everyone was invited tonight. it was on top of one of the most highest building in the city, and also the one that cost millions of dollars, which meant it was a big worth.

jeongguk noticed how taehyung nervously tapped his leg a few times. he placed his hand on taehyung's thights. ''tae.'' he called out softly.

''okay, maybe I'm getting a bit nervous now.'' taehyung sadly laughed, ''what if this time I really die, hah what an irony it will be.'' he laughed again, hopelessly throwing hands in the air. ''I am supposed to be dead anyways, hah.''
