"Regina! I'm back!" I heard the voice of Emma calling out to me. "Still in my office! Let me guess what's in the bag. Hmm... Tequila?" I watched Emma stroll over to the cider and grab two empty glasses, a large smile on her face. "You know it. Oh, and we canttellmymomaboutthisorshe'llkillme...." She mumbled causing myself to arch an eyebrow in her direction. "Emma. Are you even supposed to be drinking that stuff?" She took a giant gulp of her tequila. "Nope. Which is why you can't tell her. Got it?" She asked, handing me my cup and pressing her lips against mine. I smiled, feeling the warmth of her lips against me. "Got it. So, you said we needed to talk?" Emma looked at me, a huge smile plastered on her face. "Yeah. Um, about us." I instantly looked at her. "There's an us?" I asked a bit softly. Emma looked down sheepishly. "Well, I mean if you want there to be an us, I'd love to make it happen. Regina, I really like you. Like, a lot." I blushed lightly. "Emma. That's really sweet of you. I feel the same way about you."
