Alright, I'm sorry it's been a while, but we're back.
Today was Rebate Day, so I took the opportunity to purchase a pet rat! I named him Pinky.
The dishwasher broke, so I had Test Tube fix it.
The bills got delivered, and we had to pay 7,494 Simoleons. I guess it could have been worse, but now the money count is in the single thousands, which isn't great considering we've got a two story house occupying four people. Since everyone has a pretty decently paying job, though, it shouldn't get too bad.
Paintbrush and Lightbulb decided to just leave their dishes on Fan's computer desk while he was working from home. Gee, I wonder why this house constantly needs something cleaned. Katrina also came over to visit, and I guess she and Lightbulb had some kind of disagreement? I didn't see what happened, I just saw that Lightbulb had the moodlet for it.
Paintbrush went and hung out at some weird Chalet garden place with their friend Darius. I also had Lightbulb come along. Darius went way off somewhere while I wasn't looking and I couldn't find him for a good while, so Paintbrush and Lightbulb both ditched him to go have intercourse in a bush.
Today was a heat wave, so Paintbrush, Lightbulb, Fan, and Katrina had a water balloon fight.(Test Tube was at work.) Fan hit Paintbrush smack dab in the face.
Katrina kicked over our trash can for no God damn reason. Thanks, Katrina.
Paintbrush started learning how to play the guitar, and they like it now, so that's nice.
The computer broke, because something always has to be broken in this house. I had TT fix it.
Everyone conked out pretty early, save for Lightbulb, since she gets off work at 11 P.M.. She went to bed at around 1 A.M. because she had to take a bath, and then take care of Pinky. Poor Lightbulb.
Also, I realized today that out of everyone, Lightbulb makes the most money, making 36 simoleons an hour. I'm not so sure that it makes sense for an entertainer to make more money than a literal scientist, but okay.
