Sara got up before me and just called a team meeting on the bridge. I just showered and I'm deciding on a special outfit today. One that can turn on Sara with just one glance: my tight black jumper with a low V-neck. I put it on and spray her favourite perfume, as well as curl my hair a little which doesn't take me that much time, thanks to my thin hair. Once I'm ready, I step outside our quarters, and make my way to the bridge, knowing I'll be late.
I walk toward the middle of the bridge to where Gideon is and stand next to Sara and Nate.
"So we got two teams. Spooner, Astra and Behrad, track exactly where in the building the alien is. Nate, Gary, and Zari, infiltrate the building and help the other team. Me and Ava are-" she cuts herself off when she sees me and holds a slight shocked expression on her face but quickly recomposes herself. "Are... are going to stay on the ship to QB."
'Hehe, mission successful. I knew I could get her attention with this on' I think while Nate, Behrad, and Sara speak.
"So no you can't bring it back if it's small and cute sorry- umm so," she says as I put my hand on her back, "so now we can go and uh" slowly gliding it down "you go on the comms to ask for mph" as I grab her ass " for backup". All of this and nobody noticed.
The team starts talking as they make their way to where they're supposed to be and none of them are paying attention to us so Sara goes behind, grabs my hips and whispers close to my ear: "I need you. Right now" and bites the side of it making me feels lots of things.
She turns around and walks to our quarters I imagine.
I start doing the same but I am pulled back by Gary who turned around like he forgot to ask me something. "Captain Sharpe!"
"What is it Gary?" I say annoyed.
"I just wanted to say that it would be an honour to help you pick out a ring for Sara," he says calmly.
I did not expect that. I respond with a genuine smile: "thank you. I'll think about it. I'm still not sure what kind I want to get so I will probably need your help and Zari's."
He smiles a bright smile. "Okay"
"Alright Gary, you go do your job," I say as I pat him on the shoulder with a smile.
He turns around and leaves with a skip in his steps.
