"Mommy, mommy why are you crying?" a five year old Noah asked. His mother was not the type to cry, she was superwoman. "Anuh nuhin mi bwoii." Maggie had no desire to tell her son the horrible thing that she had done.

"Did Ms. Pam take all the potatoes again?" Noah asked. He knew that the reason for his mother's tears was anything but nothing. He held his hands behind his back and rocked on the heels of his feet.

Maggie laughed. Noah was always rocking like that, something he got from his father. The memory of the man who helped create Noah brought on another fit of tears. She was too choked up to answer her son and settled with a nod.

Noah produced a potato from behind his back. "Here mommy I saved you one." He held his little hand out. Maggie couldn't imagine life without the little boy and somehow having him, holding him, cherishing him as her own overweighed the bad that she did.

Noah rocked back and forth on his heels. It was a tick he never quite got rid of. He would rock when nervous, angry, tired and even sad. Now, in this moment he was livid and contemplating which person to tackle first.

Anna had never seen Noah angry but his anger was welcomed in comparison to the angers she had faced. He was rocking on his heels. She was sure she shouldn't have invited the man in, or told him he could stay but she knew it was like to want family and not have any. Noah would have a chance at what she never had.

Noah wanted nothing to do with this, this person. He had no idea who he was, definitely no father of his. He had no father. Maggie was mother and father rolled into one and she never complained. This man was nothing but scum.

"Listen Noah yuh nuh know the whole story." The older Andrews started. He knew his son wanted nothing to do with him and it was only his fault. Maggie wanted him to step up to the plate and take care of his child and he told her to get an abortion.

He couldn't have a child then and especially not with her.

"Get out of my house." Noah's voice was low and gravelly. He didn't want to look at the insipid jerk who had the guts to leave his mother when she need him the most. He would have nothing to do with him.

Why was he even here now? What made him feel as if now was the time? Was he waiting on Maggie to die or did he hear about Noah's success and feel entitled to it?

"Calm down Noah, hear him out." Anna was not going to back down from this. She wanted him to see things her way. Walking over to him despite the obvious anger that was rolling off of him she placed a hand on his back. She wasn't scared of him, something told her that he wouldn't hurt her.

"Do not touch me." Noah seethed. She was to blame for letting the man inside of his house. She rubbed circles on his back. "Marlon could you go for a walk please." Anna had to defuse the situation.

The older man took his leave and Anna continued to rub Noah's back. "Come sit down." She whispered. She wanted him to relax so that she could talk him into letting Marlon stay. She led him to a chair and began massaging his shoulders.

Noah exhaled. He was tired and so much stressed. Her hands were working wonders on his tense shoulders. He didn't want a massage though, he wanted more. He turned to her and brought her around to sit across his lap. He nuzzled her neck and started placing small kisses along it.

"What" kiss "were" kiss "you" kiss "thinking" kiss. He was angry at her and she could not just get out of it with some massage. She should have at least known that he was not on good terms with the man.

"I was thinking that he is your father. I have seen the pictures and he visited once when Maggie was ill." Noah bit her. How did his bastard of a father manage to find out about his mother's sickness and he didn't.

"Ahh that hurts Noah. God damn it." Anna was not his man stress reliever thing. She struggled against him and he caged her in his arms.

He used his tongue to soothe the spot where he bit her. She would have an angry mark there but no matter. He didn't care who saw it. He already explained to Aaron about the nature of he and Anna's relationship and the boy was more than excited. He didn't sound surprised about it either saying how Noah was always "eyesing" his mother.

Noah was certain that Anna would be his girlfriend and then wife but Anna didn't know yet. She seemed willing however. Anna moaned lowly and hoped that Noah didn't hear it.

She positioned herself so that she could have a better angle to kiss him from. She straddled him and her hands came up to his face. She initiated the kiss.

It was much different from their first one. He was not being tender with her. He groped her bum while shoving his tongue down her throat.

Anna felt as if he was suffocating her.

She pulled away heaving. She tried to remove his hand from her but he held her firm grinding her against him. "You know you want me." Noah mumbled against her cheek and she could feel her tears begin to fall.

"Noah I don't want this. You can't just take your anger out on me like this. Noah please." She kept reciting hoping to get through to him. Oddly enough even in this position she was not scared of him.

"Noah get your fuvking hands off me or so help me God!" Anna shouted slapping him on the arm repeatedly.

Noah felt her tears fall on him. He hated when she cried. He sighed and loosened his grip on her still not letting her go. He needed her to comfort him. He needed her in so many ways but he knew he couldn't go about it like this. No meant no.

"Just let me hold you please. Don't leave, please baby don't leave." He mumbled into her chest and he was frightened by the raw emotions in his voice and the tears threatening to fall.

Why did everyone leave him? Was he not good enough? What could an unborn child do to make his father not want him? How is the child at fault before even being born? How was he supposed to talk to a man like that? How was he supposed to call him dad after he had been gone so long?

"Aaron's father loved sports." Anna started speaking. "He would take me to football games and he even taught me how to play. He is the reason I cheer Montego Bay United. He was so happy about the world and just being a part of it." Anna sighed.

Why was she telling him this? Noah didn't want to hear about her ex. "Paul died before Aaron was born. Aaron will never get the chance to talk to his father, to play football with him." Anna was choked up but she needed to say this.

"Even though your father was not there before, he is still alive. You can still have a relationship with him. Aaron does not get that, regardless of the fact that he has us." She used her hand to raise his head. "Look at me."

Noah glanced at her and sucked in a breath. He hated to see her cry. He brought his hands forward and dried her tears. She took a hold of his hands, holding them to the sides of her face. "Give him a chance, get to know him for the bastard he is."

A laugh escaped Noah, he could see her reasoning. Anna allowed him to hold her a little longer, he seemed to need it.
