'The Bad Wolf has awoken.'
The Doctor, Amy and Rory stared at the flying figure. Hardly a moment after the words escaped her mouth, she fell to the ground and the golden gleam was over. The Doctor immediately rushed to the figure, cradling her in his arms, checking her pulses.
Meanwhile Amy and Rory realised they were on a beach, they didn't notice this earlier as they were too focused and confused at the girl. But what caught their attention was a blue box standing not too far away.
'Doctor?' said Amy, not removing her eyes from the blue police phone box. When she didn't get a reply, she turned around and saw their own TARDIS, doors still open, and the Doctor still sitting with the unconcious girl.
'Rose, oh, how could it- it's not even possible. Rory, Rory, you're a nurse. We need to get her to the medbay,' said the Doctor. Rory rushed forward to help him up and they both picked her up. The TARDIS positioned the medbay closest to the console room, and Amy followed them, watching them place the girl, who she supposed was called Rose, on the bed and connecting IVs to her. A moment later, a small bang from the console room distracted them all; Amy started to run towards the medbay door when they heard quick footsteps from the outside too, and just as Amy stepped out of the room, she bumped into a mess of curly hair.
'River!' said Amy, rubbing her head.
'Amy!' said River, rushing in the medbay herself. 'The TARDIS sent me a telepathic message, is she alright?'
'Yes, she's just unconscious, her name's Rose.' the Doctor spoke finally. River nodded and moved to Amy.
'Hello mum. How are you?' said River.
(Author's Note: Amy, Rory, River and the Doctor have already done Demon's Run and The Wedding of River Song, so they know River's Amy and Rory daughter and the Doctor's wife.)
'Oh, I'm good, River. The Doctor took us to this planet with a purple sky yesterday; the habitants looked like humans, just they had yellow skin. It was a nice peaceful place, looked much like Earth.'
'Ah, so you didn't atleast end up in a war again.'
~Time skip brought to you by lazy me~
(Now the four of them had some food made by Amy, and they are waiting in the library for the TARDIS to signal them if something happens.)
Rory was reading Harry Potter and the Chamber Of Secrets, Amy was sleeping in the couch with her head in Rory's lap, River was looking at something on her scanner and the Doctor was pacing around the room. Suddenly, the TARDIS interface activated and took the Doctor's form by default.
'Rose Tyler is waking up. Her statistics are normal. She is healthy and safe,' and then the interface disappeared.'
River put her scanner back in her pocket, Rory closed the book and set it aside, and Amy, now awake, stood up. They followed the Doctor to the medbay. Rose was now shifting gently in her place. They all stood around the bed, when Rose slowly opened her eyes. After a few moments of silence, in which Rose seemed to be trying to remember what happened, as she certainly didn't know what this place was and how she got here, she didn't notice the four people standing around her.
'Rose?' said the Doctor, startling the girl as she bolted up to a sitting position. She looked around at Amy, Rory, River and finally at the Doctor. She was just about to reply when she noticed her own very different body. She was younger. How could she be younger? She remembered being on Bad Wolf Bay, and she was old. Bad Wolf Bay. The Doctor. He's dead. A tear slipped from her eye as the truth struck her again. She brought her knees to her chest and buried her face in her hands. She wanted to know where she was, what was happening, but she sat silently.
'Rose? You're safe, it's okay. We're in the TARDIS. I'm Amelia Pond. You can call me Amy,' Amy tried to cheer her up, she didn't like seeing the girl crying. Hearing 'TARDIS', Rose's head shot up again. She looked around the room once again.
'This is not my TARDIS.'
'Oh, I saw your TARDIS, the blue box, it's still here. We're on a beach. Our TARDIS just got us here, we didn't pilot it or anything. Even the Doctor doesn't know what happened,' said Amy.
'Doctor?' she looked at the man in the bow tie, and he moved towards to hold her hands.
'New New New Doctor. New New TARDIS. Do you like it?'
'It's beautiful,' said Rose, looking at the Doctor and out of the door of the medbay. 'It feels more.... more alive.'
'It is more alive,' said the Doctor.
Suddenly, the TARDIS interface activated again, this time in the form of Idris.
'Oh, my Wolf. My Wolf is back.' she said, rushing towards Rose.
'Uh, this is the TARDIS interface. And this is Idris. Long story. Someone wanted to take the TARDIS energy but they couldn't do it with the TARDIS matrix still in, so they put it in her. So the soul of the TARDIS was in her for some time. Then the body died because it was too much for her, and the TARDIS came back. But she still uses this body's hologram. The holograms created by the TARDIS when none of us has programmed it to be there or asked it to be there is the TARDIS speaking herself. It's confusing,' said the Doctor.
'My Wolf, I've tried to get you back earlier. But you were too far away. I'm so, so, sorry. I will protect you now. I'm so sorry for your... loss.' Idris was a hologram, and even though it was the soul of the TARDIS, she looked at Rose with pain in her eyes.
'Loss, what loss? What happened?' asked Rory. Everyone looked at Rose and Idris expectantly.
'You don't want them to know yet. I will keep my Wolf safe. I will not tell them until you choose to,' the TARDIS sent a telepathic message to Rose.
'Thankyou, I missed you,' Rose replied, telepathically too, full of gratitude. Idris smiled at Rose.
'We are still in the parallel universe. We need to go back soon. We must take my sister. The Wolf must rest.'
'Your sister?' asked Rory.
'The other TARDIS, my sister, we must take her back to the original universe,' replied Idris simply.
'Uh, yes, wait a minute. River, Amy, Rory, er... Idris - can you come with me for a moment?' the Doctor said, walking out of the door to the console room. River, Amy and Rory looked at Rose before going, who just smiled at them. Idris kept her hand on Rose's before she disappeared to appear again in the other room, and even though she was a hologram, it felt warm and soothing. Rose sat their in the silence, waiting for them to come back and tell her if something was wrong.

Yes, I know. Crappy chapters. I'm trying. Sorry for the grammatical/spell errors. Lazy me isn't reading it back again.
For those who don't know, Amy and Rory have a daughter, Melody Pond, and that's River. She just uses a different name. I'm not gonna explain why she chose the name River Song cause then it'll just get more complicated. And River, a.k.a Melody, is also the Doctor's wife.
