Hello, I just made a huge decision. I decided to publish this book, I didn't plan on posting it this early, but I guess I am now. I just went through it all and edited all the chapters so they are ok to read.

This chapter is going to be a big update on whats going on with me and my subs. First lets start with my subs.

There is a lot of subs, I know, and I have made all these subs so I know they are 100% safe.

I haven't been doing the best mentally, and I accidentally vented to a friend way to much so now I feel worse. I have thought of a few ideas of how to help because I want my desired personality but I'm kinda scared since I've never tried making my mental health better before and I don't want to come off as selfish because I'm trying to make myself a better person

I'll list the things Ive thought of:

-I've started to make a mini schedule thing, its more of a list of what I'm supposed to do for each day. This is because sometimes I'll forget what I'm supposed to do that day.

-Ive sorted out my notebooks and made one for writing 3 different affirmations daily. I'll pick 3 sentences and write them each three times until the bottom of the page

-I also cleaned my room, so now my room feels and looks so much better and I think its going to help my mood a lot more

-I'm starting to use my Crystals a bit more, I hope they help

-This may make me sound crazy, but since I'm trying to get my desired personality, I invision my future self with my desired personality and I'll talk to her in my mind to help with making decisions and my habits. Its basically my wolf form so I am technically helping my mental health and getting closer with my wolf at the same time

I think thats all of them, I hope I manage to stick with this because I hate being stuck in the same mindset and habits. Anyway, sorry for venting but I thought you guys needed an explanation as to why I haven't been updating.

Also, I might not update much since I'm trying to help my mental health improve, but I'll update any time I get a result so don't worry about that.
