Heyo, I've been thinking about this for a while now and I'm finally going to do it. I have decided to take a break from shifting to work on myself. It shouldn't be for long, I just feel like I need to do it.

I've always struggled with a few bad thinking patterns and bad habits. I just made a sub that will help improve my mental health, so go check it out if you need help with anything.

I hope it works fast because I do want to get back to shifting and stuff, but I think by doing this, it will help me shift faster since I won't be so negative towards myself.
