Hungry are the ghosts that sit and wait behind the veil. Blaire Lake knows they have answers and they know she has questions, but not all are willing to talk. Questions about her father and her families dark history bring her to a startling discovery that not everything is as it seems as the world fades to gray and blood is all that she sees. She enlists the help of her friends and together, they venture into a world unseen, unbeknownst that they're being guided by a knife to their throats.

"Why does tragedy exist?

Because you are full of rage.

Why are you full of rage?

Because you are full of grief."

― Anne Carson, in the preface to Grief Lessons: Four Plays by Euripides
