Her Second Marriage or Second Love

Chapter 20

Days passed by Rakesh kept taking his revenge on her . When Dadi is at home then Rakesh talks to Radha well . But when she is not at home he tortures her by making her do all the house chores . They pretend to be a good couple in front of Dadi . Dadi loved Radha as her own daughter . But one day Dadi had to go to her relatives house for a few months . This gave him an advantage . Priya too went to her home . Rakesh didn't give Radha peace . He intentionally sometimes throws tea is not made good or sometimes food is not good . Deliberately gives a water pack on her hardwork . Willfully makes the cleaned house dirty and let her clean it again . Asking her to cook , he already comes home eating fully . He himself sleep peacefully giving her a lot of to do.  And wakes her up by throwing water on her . Sometimes he even touches her sexually . 

And poor Radha she does her work silently without saying anything . This what pricks Rakesh . Even after giving her so many troubles she doesn't say anything to him or ask him back. Always talks with her eyes down and calls Rakesh the master . And on a cold night makes her to sleep in the balcony without the duvet . But even though he tortures her , he liked everything about her . He fall in love with her from the day he saw her first . But he didn't admit it , he was afraid because his mother's face used to come in front of him . He afraid that the way his father cheated on his mother somewhere she too cheat on him in the same way. So he ignored it . 

Rakesh day by day started coming close to her and started falling for her . Although he met and knew about her before but after the marriage he was restless for her . He was fascinated by her beauty . When he used to be in the office he always remembered her . The body is present but his mind is somewhere else . But there is one thing that Rakesh always wanted to know . Why is her face always sad , why doesn't she smile , why doesn't she talk with anybody  ? Why there's so much of pain in her eyes . It looks like she is alive but her soul is somewhere else . He tried to know it but always tried to ignore by saying himself she must be missing her beloved ones .

Day by day Radha used to get tired while working hard and her health started deteriorating . One day when he came back from the office , he saw her lying unconscious in the kitchen . So he appointed a maid home so that he can help her in the household chores . He slowly started talking to her . Radha also started talking to him. They both talk very less little . Because he spends most of his time in the office .

Rakesh Pov:

Evening ,

Today I came home a little early . Today my work was done a little early so I came home early . And I was thinking that I should get to know her a little . Atleast friends . 

I threw my bag , loosened my tie and sat on the sofa. I relaxed myself .

Rakesh : " Radha bring me a glass of water ." After sometime .

Maid : " Sir your water ." the maid brought the water . Where's Radha . 

Rakesh : " Where is Radha ?" I asked sipping water . 

Maid : " Sir she left after you left for office ."

Rakesh : " Where ?" He asked gritting his teeth holding the glass tightly .

Maid : " Sir I don't know she said she went to grocery's lane ." Rakesh saw the maid , she was hesitating to say something more .

Rakesh : " Say it , and don't dare you lie me ." He threatened her .

Maid : " Sir mam not only today but everyday after your departure goes out ." 

Rakesh clenched his jaw  and fisted his hands . He turned red in anger. He waited for her till she came home back .

In the evening , 

Rakesh was getting very angry right now , he have been waiting for her since four hours . He was sitting in the sofa in the hall waiting for her . Finally she came back , as soon as she went in she got scared seeing him . She started shivering in fear and sweating . He gave her a hard glare , his eyes burning in  furious . He made long strides towards her . She gulped her saliva hard and calm her breathe avoiding her gaze from him . 

Rakesh : " Welcome back ." He said shiver ran down through her spine .

Rakesh : " So, madam how was your day today ? Did you enjoyed ?" He mocked her .

Radha : " I...I..w..en..t.to." 

Rakesh : " You went to grocery shop isn't it . But where are the groceries ?" Radha realized she doesn't have any grocery bags with her . He came near her and gripped her shoulders very tightly . 

Rakesh : " Didn't I told you not to step out of this mansion . THEN WHY DID YOU DISRESPECT ME !" He shouted . She flinched by his voice . 

Rakesh : " Are you meeting someone else behind my back huh?" Answer me dammit !" She looked at him with disbelief. Her words got stuck in her throat . She nodded her head no.

Rakesh : " Where were you did you went to meet your boyfriend ?" She kept quite .

Rakesh : " Answer me don't be a dumb fool ." He hold her shoulder even more tightly digging his nails in her soft skin.

Radha : " No,  I..I. jjust..wenntt...to the park ." She said tears in her eyes feeling the pain on her shoulder .

Seeing the tears he leave her and left to his room . Radha slowly went inside the kitchen and washed her face and her arms to ease the pain . She closed her eyes in pain when her skin came in contact with the water .

Rakesh Pov:

Why ? why am I doing this ? I should hurt then why do I feel pain when I see tears in her eyes . I am going closer to her day by day why ? Why am I not able to stop myself .  When I came back home today I got to know that she is not here . I was worried about her . And she came back home I lash out at her about coming late . I hurted her . I regret it when I saw her tears . I guess she must me crying right now . I guess I should leave her alone for some days .
