You and the quads walk into the store looking like a mess

"Okay, don't take this the wrong way, but, um, you guys look... [sniffs] and smell like garbage." Josie says

"Oh, there's an explanation. We just came from the doctors office." Dicky says

"Today was our yearly checkup." Nicky says

"Oh. That makes sense. No, it doesn't. How does going to the doctors end up like...this?" Josie asked

"Well, in order to really understand, we need to take you back to when we were five." Ricky said

"We we're on our way to the doctors office when we saw the most beautiful thing we ever seen."

~when you were five~

"Cookie tower." Five your old you and quads said in unison.

"Looks good, doesn't it?" Anne said

"Cookie tower."

"We know going to the doctors office has always been a challenge for you guys." Tom says

"And us." Anne says

"So how about we make a deal?"

"Cookie tower."

~now~

"He told us if we made it through that doctors visit without any incidents, they'd buy us the cookie tower." Dawn explained

"Ooh, how'd it taste?" Josie asked

"We don't know." Dawn says

"Five years, five disasters, and five doctors later, we still haven't tasted the sweet, sugary goodness of the cookie tower." You say

The boys try to do an angelic course.

"Would you guys stop doing that?" You and dawn say in unison and the boys stop

"Sorry." Nicky says

"Wait, so you e been banned from five doctors?" Josie asked

"Oh, we've been banned from almost every doctor in town. Dentist, podiatrist, we've even been banned from Dr.Waffles." Ricky says

"What is that, like, a breakfast place?"

"No, she's a veterinarian." Dawn says

"But she does put out those really dry, bone shaped donuts. Good thing she also puts out a fresh bowl of water." Dicky says

"We're no longer welcome there."

"But this year, no crazy freak outs were gonna get in our way." Nicky says

"We've had our issues, but this time, we also had a plan." Ricky said

~earlier that morning~

"Step forward and state your problem." Dawn says

"Everyone we go to the doctors office, I read the medical pamphlets, get convinced I have all the diseases, and freak out." Ricky stated
