Mega mega Meowth Madness

Selene's POV

The gang and I decided to stop by Professor Sycamore's lab to share a treat with him. I also wanted to share some more data about Salamence with him. Serena and I baked some macaroons last night while we stayed at the Pokémon center. We finally made it to the lab and saw the professor. "So you're all traveling together now, eh? Sounds like a great plan." We thanked the professor. "Professor I have a gift for you." I took out a flash drive of data I collected on Mega Salamence. "Is this more of your data on Mega Salamence?" I nodded my head in confirmation. "Yeah, I thought since you're researching mega evolution, this should help you get a head start." He nodded his head in thanks. Then Serena tapped my shoulder reminding me of the macaroons. "Oh, right. Professor, Serena and I baked some macaroons for everyone. Want to eat them with us?" He smelled them and said they smelled yummy. "Thanks, its thanks to Selene with the flavor." I just rubbed my neck sheepishly. "I just used berries to make the flavor a little sweeter and more healthy as well." "Impressive, you not only battle well, you cook well too." I just laughed with everyone. 

Sophie, the professor's assistant suggested that we have tea with the macaroons. "Sounds like a plan." I told her. "I still have some more work to do. So, I'll have mine a bit later." "Professor can I come with you please? I want to learn more about the Pokémon that live here in Kalos." He nodded his head. "Thanks, Selene. That would be a big help." I told everyone else that I would meet with them later. The professor, Zeraora and I walked out to where some of the Pokémon lived. "It is so peaceful here professor." I saw some Zigzagoon come up to me and give me kisses. I just started to laugh. I saw that Zeraora was playing with an Scatterbug. "Wow Selene, you're really good with Pokémon." I thanked him when all of a sudden a van wrecked the glass! The poor Pokémon scattered across the garden. I stood in front of the professor. Zeraora was about to run towards me, but I shook my head no. It then understood what I meant and rushed to find the others. I then saw Team Rocket. "Well, if it isn't the good professor." I grabbed Lycanroc's pokéball just in case. "What do you want?" Then Meowth spoke. "See, Team Rocket needs to borrow you for a little bit, if you don't mind and we also want to trainer prodigy." I just gritted my teeth. "You! You're that talking Meowth!" "How do you know Team Rocket?" Professor Sycamore then told me how they controlled poor Garchomp and nearly got away with it. "And you're toast." Jessie then threw a cube at us and we were soon tied up in nets! "Leave the professor and the Pokémon alone!!" I screamed to them. 

Jessie then walked behind us. "You're the ones we want." Soon she and Meowth picked us up and shove us in the truck. But, before they could do that, I let Lycanroc's poké ball roll on the ground. 'I know she'll get help.' 

Serena's POV

Bonnie and I were looking for the professor and Selene when we saw Team Rocket. "Let's go after them." I then saw a poké ball on the ground, I let the Pokémon out and it was Lycanroc. She looked really confused. "Lycanroc, go find Ash and Clemont and Zeraora." She nodded and took off towards the others.

Selene's POV

I was trying to get through the ropes, when the door opened. It was Dedenne! And wherever Dedenne is Bonnie isn't far behind. My hunch was right when Bonnie and Serena opened the doors of the truck. "Bonnie, Serena get out of here while you can!" The shook their head in denial and tried to untie us. Then the door shut behind Bonnie. "Huh! Hey! Open the door!" Bonnie and Dedenne tried to pry the door open but it wouldn't budge. "Don't worry Bonnie, I have an ace up my sleeve." She looked at me confused until Serena realized what I meant. "Oh, Lycanroc. I found it's poké ball and told it to get Ash and the others." "Perfect Serena! Lycanroc has an amazing sense of smell. She will be able to smell us out." Then we felt the truck move, this isn't good. I looked over at Serena's macaroon container. "Serena, leave bits of your macaroons on the road. That way Lycanroc can track us down." She nodded and started to leave bits of macaroon behind us. 'I hope the boys find us and soon.'
