Koga's eyes were drained of all possible color, though Kagome's were not much better. Inuyasha took a step to approach Koga, his mouth now a tempted grin.

Sesshomaru and Kagome stood close to one another, Sesshomaru facing Ahren, and Kagome facing someone whom she dislikes. All six about to face off.

"I see the the power of the jewel has taken a negative effect on you, girl" the man spoke. "Your eyes, and your movements prove it to be true"

Kagome stood silent, continuing her sickened smirk. Her fringe messily covering her still face, and her posture, poise.

"I see you have returned Lord Sesshomaru" Ahren laughs.

Sesshormau remains emotionless. "Why did you give up the opportunity to become demon lord?" He asks with Ahren now becoming serious.

"Because..." He started. "I only wished to be Lord, purely so it would be easier to manipulate the half celled Demon who is your brother into giving me the jewel"

"But-"

"I realized the deceiving truth moments before I was handed the title. It was not him, but her... The strange power was from the woman who was always with him. Then when they parted from one other, it became time for myself to separate also-"

"Look at yourself! How pitiful. The only reason as to why you are still able to take in breaths of air, is because the gem won't let you die" the conversation was quick to switch back onto Kagome's.

Her body suddenly slouched as she then made a quick dash towards him and the shadows forming beside him. Suddenly, the bull like god rose once again. Weapon weighing heavy on its back. It roars are ear piercing and Kagome loved every second of it. What ever poison was coursing through her veins, was that of demonic powers, for she smiled like Inuyasha did once first encountering her.

Her veins were visible to the human eye and her eyes still remained a purple filled with mystery. She raced head first at the god, and attacked with every ounce of strength she had. The creature revealed his weapon and allowed it to plummet to the ground, the earth collapsing beneath her. As it made contact with the ground, Kagome made contact with the sword, by jumping onto the tip of its blade and racing up it.

As that was going on, so was Koga and Inuyasha's fight. "Just-keep-still!" Inuyasha screamed, annoyed that Koga managed to dodge so many of his attacks. In a rage, Inuyasha was blind to notice Lord Ahren, creeping up behind him.

"Kagom-Inuyash!" Sesshomaru within that previous moment, was observing Kagome, and the way she fought. Having not realised that Ahren had abandoned him, in order to fight the one person he once desired to have fought.

When Sesshomaru turned his head to focus on his actual rival, he was quick to notice him gone. Though it was not Ahren that the demon intended to warn his brother about, but the god-like bull which fell beside him. A large crater was created, and the bull remained motionless.

"Cr-crap!" Inuyasha bellows out. Koga, although still in a trance, managed to cling onto Inuyasha, as he did Koga, startled by what had occurred.

"Goodbye" she laughs, lingering high in the air, waiting for gravity to do it's job and push her weight down to where the beast laid. As she fell, a strange ball of pure power formed in the palm of her tiny hand, and was forced into the demons chest as was her body. The flesh burnt and blood, disintegrated.
Ahren found this distraction appropriate, for he used it as leverage. He ripped off his cloak and exposed his body fully. His face, well. His face remained hidden behind a joyless mask, which exposed only his smiles.

Before Sesshomaru had even the time to blink, Ahren, in a flash, had just poured an enormous amount of power into his next attack. From inside the palms of his hands, came creatures of darkness. Soul reapers, resembling a dark blur. Sesshomaru sharpened his claws, ears twitching as he turned into the beast which is his true form.

Kagome faced the cloak wearing man with the top hat. He bowed before clapping. Ahren and Sesshomaru were going at it with everything they had. Koga, still staring at the half demon with actions that belonged not to him. There the human stood. Knee high in a pile of burning flesh, within the corpse of a god. He laughed as he drew a small blade and charged at her.

"Kagome! Inuyasha!" voices were heard as Enkai came to approach her. Not alone, for accompanying him, was none other then the demon slaying warrior's that are Sango and her brother, and the perverted monk Miroku. Not only them, but Shippo and Kilala was here too!

Kagome swiftly brushes away the man's blade attack by jumping high into the air. He skids along the dirt to stabilise himself, before flicking his wrist upwards, having multiple poison tipped blades fly out of his sleeve. Her body bent and curled in ways that seemed not humanly possible, all in order to dodge each and every one of them.

Enkai noticed how different she seemed, and seemed curious himself. Tear's filled Shippo's eyes as the small creature was able to smell the demonic power which illuminated from her body.
"Is that really our Kagome?" Sango asked. "Is this really what the jewel is capable of?" she fell to her knee's, weak.

"To think, this could have all been avoided if Inuyasha had only treated her better"

"Oh get bent Miroku!" Inuyasha snarls, overhearing the monks comment. Mirkou sighed. Claps could be heard far off into the distance, and they all shifted to see.

"I have seen quite enough!"

Everyone paused, and darted their attention onto an approaching figure. Sesshomaru's eyes widened with shock as Inuyasha's appeared more narrowed. "I knew it..." he grumbled.

"Ah! Master? You have arrived earlier then discussed"

Kagome raises a suspicious brow once landing back on the ground. The effects of the jewel had slowly started to ware, and when he stepped out, that was when her heart sank. "Oh, Kagome. Feeling better I presume?"

"Ha-Hakkai...?!"

To be continued.
One last act.
