Inuyasha Kagome's blazing passion

If Only

"I-I can make it!"

"For someone who is not hungry... You seem to be handling your food quite well"

"W-well.. I cannot waste the meal the cook went out of his way to bake!"

"Miss Kagome... I want you to know that I do not think of you as a prisoner" his voice was enchanting. "You are free to leave at anytime, for I know you will return"

"I must find Enkai!... I-I have to find.. Someone" Kagome told herself. She was dashing through the woods when she collided with what looked like a cloud.

Her tightly shut eyes slightly lifted. As she felt what she thought was a cloud, Kagome then took notice to the face that was staring down at her.

"What a clumsy human" the voice sighs. Kagome blinked quickly as her eyebrows were raised.

"Sesshomaru...?" She asks. The demon grumbled as he poked the center of her forehead.

"Tsk" he snarled. "What on earth are you wearing?"

Sesshomaru bent over and sniffed the gown. His eyes grew red as he stares down at her intensively.

"This scent... It belongs to..."

"No one which is of any importance at the moment!" She snapped.

As Kagome walked around him, about to make her leave, the demon named Sesshomaru grabbed her by her waist and tucked her under his right arm.

"What are you-"

"Shut up!"

The demon groaned in irritation as he began to fly through the breeze. She looked down and was able to get the perfect view over all villages.

"You seem angry.."

Still being ignored, he came to an abrupt halt at a cave located behind a waterfall, deep within the forest.

"What were you doing with that man? I warned you to stay away!"

"Oh I'm sorry" Kagome said with an eye roll. "Did I dare disobey the great Sesshomaru? Heaven forbid"

Kagome shook her head at the thought. She glanced down at her gown and glared in disgust.

"I was devoured by the shadows of a god like creature... Then I woke in his chamber, soon to be on the run"

She lyes on the dirt, head resting by his feet. Her heavy eyelids seemed to be closing as she tries to drift off into a deep slumber.

"I-I feel... Sleepy" Kagome says with a yawn. "He found me.. And then we shared a single meal"

"A meal?"

"Just the one... Just the one...." With that said, the human girl fell fast asleep. Sesshomaru lightly brushed the hair out of her face and just looked with narrowed eyes.

"You have been poisoned, girl" he whispers into her ear. "He has the antidote, so you will have no choice but to return"

"Either way... Whether I return or not... I will die, won't I?"
