Esther's p.o.v

I was staring at them, tbh I'm envious of them. They've been dating for so long, even though they fight with each other they apologize to each other and settle everything between them down.

I avert my attention from them to Chengxin, who's having fun talking with Ziyi. I wonder why did he do that to me. Do he really doesn't love me and wasting his time. It was my fault that I fall into his trap. What was I even thinking falling in love with him when the I myself and the whole school knows that he's the popular playboy in the school.

Something was off between them. Jiaqi, he doesn't seens to be like himself, he was the one who is always cheerful but today he seems to be off. He wasn't talking with them. He's is being weird since yesterday.

After some hours, the bell rang indicating it was Lunch break. We went on our way to cafeteria. Usually Anna and I eat together only but from today onwards Junqi was going to join us.

When we go out of the classroom. All the girls started surrounding us trying to get Junqi's attention. "Get your filthy hands off him, he's my boyfriend" Anna warned them pulling mine and Junqi's hands trying to get away from them

We sat one th vacant seats near the window that lead to the back garden of the school. I didn't get much foods because these days I don't feel like eating. The only thing I want is to sleep as soon as go home.

We were talking while eating when I feel someone staring at me, I looked up to see who it was, to my surprise it was jiaqi, once my eyes met his, he looked away. I don't understand what's going in my mind. He's starting to get creepy.

After the lunch break was over, we have our chemistry class. Mr. Sun took us to the lab to perform some chemical experiment. He grouped us in a group of 5 students each. I was in the same group as Jiaqi and Ziyi along with Jiakai and Chuhua. I feel somewhat eased because Chuhua was in the same group with me since it will we really awkward if I was the only girl between them.

But it wasn't less awkward because of Jiaqi behavior since yesterday, it was awkward around him. My hands were sweating. I guess he noticed me, he came up to me and said if I feel uncomfortable he can talk to the teacher to change my group when I shook my head assuring I was okay.

Mr. Sun told us to study on the Characterisation and Purification of Chemical Substances and have to write a speech about time and submit it on coming Friday that means we have to finished this on 3 days.

This chapter is going to be the last chapter for now as I'm lacking ideas in this book. But I hope you guys don't mind it and please don't forget to vote and leave a comment.I'll be back soon
