After I called my mom asking if they are going back today, mom said that they are busy with some office work so, they won't be able to go back today. We ended the call and I immediately went to sleep

The next day

I was getting ready to go school, the weather was quite cold today so i wore a hoodie over my school dress then i took my bagpag and went down

I went towards towards the kitchen,.greeted by the silence... Mom wasn't there in the kitchen making breakfast nor Dad reading the newspaper..

"The didn't came home last night" i sighed before walking towards the fridge... There were some eggs there, some leftover milk and bread from yesterday...

I fried the egg, put the bread on the toaster and boil the milk!!!

After finishing my breakfast, i left the dishes on the sink... "I'll do them later after school" i spoke to myself before putting the shoes and opening the door to leave the school

I put on the airpods, playing my favourite song, making my way to the school

On the way to the school I met Jiaqi and we walk to school together. As we passed by the hallway i could see stares on me.. students wishphering...

"It may be because of the post yesterday" I thought to myself... The stares were very uncomfortable and i know Jiaqi noticed too but before he could Ziyi dragged him away

He left but the students didn't stop staring and wishphering "Stop staring at her , will you guys??" I heard , and i could tell who were they!! "My saviors"

"Let's go, don't pay attention to them" Anna said before dragging me away from them.. "Yeah she's right Esther, You shouldn't really pay attention to them" Junqi commented

JIAQI'S P.O.V

On the way to school, I found Esther on her way to school and we walked to school together. As we enter the school i could feel students looking at us and wishphering, I could see Esther feeling uncomfortable with the stares so I decided to speak up and before I could say anything, Ziyi dragged me out of the place

"Dude you were hanging out with them yesterday!?" Ziyi asked.. I nodded my head "why is there any problem with that?" He shrugged his shoulders "You know Chengxin will not like this!!!"

As we talking about him, he was walking towards us!¡

ESTHER'S P.O.V

Anna, Junqi and I are in our in classroom when we heard students saying that "Jiaqi and Chengxin are fighting in the hallways" The three of us look at each other before running out of the classroom
