       Ying stormed off as the bard nervously laughed 

"heh that's Ying for you same as always, so cold" he shivered

~the next morning~

it was around seven in the morning, it was all peace and quiet as the sobered bard was still quietly sleeping. 

*TAP* a few seconds passed

*TAP* there it was again

*TAP TAP* it came quicker this time

*TAP! TAP! TAP!!* this time it was more rapid and loud

*sigh* "WAKE UP!" someone yelled making the bard stir and slowly open his heavy eyelids

"mm- uhh who's there, I'm getting up, I'm getting up" the the mint ended haired man spoke slowly sitting up in his bed, rubbing his eyes. 

"over here you drunkard" an angry voice said through his window

the bard froze slowly turning his head towards the sound and yelped as he saw the one and only Ying Wang clinging to the sides of his window. 

"I'M HERE FOR YOUR GNOSIS, NOW LET ME IN" the girl shouted through the window.

the bard reluctantly agreed and opened the window to let the girl in. Ying held out her hand expectantly, patiently waiting for the gnosis to be handed to her as she sat down on the god's bed. 

"hehe, about the gnosis" the bard chuckled innocently

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE JUST TOOK IT" the female yelled. The bard hung his head as he had just told her what happened two months prior to her arrival.

" NOW I HAVE TO GO AFTER THE FATUI!! THIS IS GOING TO TAKE FOREVER! calm down Ying calm down... I hate gnosis checks"

the girl got up and left, although before she did, she bowed to the god, asked for his permission to leave, and said that she would now be departing for liyue.

up! up! up! in celestia up! up! . hundreds of years ago there was a tale told of a place above the clouds where the gods dwelled. It was a peaceful place, some even walked among the mortals, just adding to the beauty of the land.

twas all peace till a god of great greed said 

"mortals cannot rule themselves, they are foolish and fragile creatures, there must be a ruler for them all"

this one sentence caused chaos throughout the land of gods, some whispered amongst themselves, while some spoke up claiming that they should rule, others disagreed and said  that mortals should get chances to become great. 

a fight broke out among most gods, some sided with others, some chose to fight by themselves. 

mortals where pushed and shoved aside many being mercilessly slaughtered by the power hungry gods in the process.

fire and war continued until a young maiden around the age of twenty cried out to seven of the gods.

she claimed that she could make devises capable of harnessing their power, concentrating it into something that could break mountains, move the sea, harness a thousand winds, set the world ablaze, bring plants to life, and make it snow in the hottest of deserts. all she asked for was a single blessing. 

the gods agreed and she set to work, with her new blessing she brought fourth seven machines capable of being a god itself and presented them to the seven gods.

in return the gods blessed her with life eternal. 

 thousands of years later the war had come to an end, leaving those seven fateful gods as the victors.

yet they found those trinkets very fragile and so they sent a messenger. 

as soon as the maiden received the news she agreed to check up on the gods every now and then.

 but to her surprise she was also invited to stay in celestia as a blacksmith. the gods preposed that she create a device capable of holding some of the gods power and they would gift it to the mortals, in hopes that they may take on students or a successor to their power one they retire. 

the maiden agreed, and with her gift that is known as an empty vision a vision that holds no element or power, and so she set off to celestia.

but what happened to the messenger? only she and the gods know this, so this is something not even a bard could know.

Turning and turning full of doubt she left the crowd

'Of course he would make up some shitty story like that'
