          Mist clouded her vision as the boat came to a halting stop at a lone shore. Oh how time had fled from her grasp, letting a tear or two slip from her eyes she curled up, lifting the small leather pouch around her waist up to her mouth a wailed deeply into it, the last gift the her old friend gave her. Sometime when she leaned into the bag she could almost she his distant smile in which had she no less that a couple thousand years ago, almost faded from her memory, as if a glimpse of the warmth that spread through her chest every time his lips turned upward.

Leaving a light feather kiss the leather strap that kept the bag shut, she stood up on the wobbly boat and stepped onto the shore hoping That she could reach the god's residence as quickly as possible

"I'm sorry ma'am but we can't let you see her" the innocent smile dropped from Asmoday's face 

Yet she pressed on "You're kidding right? You don't understand this matter is urgent!" The gaurd's frown deepened

"If it is so urgent go to a temple and pray to her there. The almighty shogun will not tolerate the foolishness of a little girl like you."

"I-... yes sir." She knew they wouldn't budge, the highly ranked soldiers hired by the god herself always had a strong drive and willpower.
