It was finally time for homecoming and Felicia was nervous for everyone to finally see her new hair, which she had chosen and learnt to embrace over the past few days, it was mere hours before and she was getting dressed. She knew she had to be careful until she became used to her new enhancements.

Yesterday, Felicia had found that she was stronger, and faster, she was more durable - she didn't quite mind it. It just meant that stuff would be much easier for her - such as breaking into places. Felicia still hadn't found out what she could do with the lights, all she knew was that she could make lights flicker and spark - and she still hadn't been able to do it since she was in the lab.

It frustrated her, but she decided tonight she'd focus on much more important things - such as homecoming. She was just glad that her dress went well with her new hair, else she'd be feeling a whole lot worse right now.

Within three hours, Felicia was ready and was pacing in her room. She was wearing her satin black dress - which she absolutely looked amazing in - matched with a pair of black court heels. Her pure white hair was cascading down her back, and she was contemplating on whether to wear her black faux fur coat, or her white faux fur coat. Instead she picked them both up and stood in front of the mirror as she held each of them in front of her.

In the end she decided on the white as she was wearing too much black, and because it looked much better.

Felicia sat on her bed as she stroked Athena, since Harley was elsewhere within the house, she was sure she was with either Jared or Aemon. "Oh, Athena." She said softly. "I'm kind of nervous - not for the dance. For everyone finding out about my hair." Athena's only response was a meow.

At that moment her mom knocked her door. "Sweetie, Daniel is here." Her mom spoke. "And, it's time to go." Felicia said she'd be down in a moment and she stood with a deep breath.

"This is it!" Felicia smiled softly as she grabbed her fur coat and pulled her door open, and stepped out into the hall as she closed the door behind her, and she draped her coat over her arm. Felicia slowly made her way to the stairs, and she descended them growing more and more confident with each step she took.

When she turned the corner into the living room, everyone gawked at her in complete shock. "Oh. My. God!" James' mouth dropped open in shock as he stared at her. "You're hair...it's...it's-"

"Wonderful?" Felicia asked him as she raised a brow. "I think so, too."

"No, it's white!" James exclaimed.

"Top points for your observational skills." Felicia told him as she placed her coat over the sofa.

"I think it's nice." Daniel told her with a nod, and Felicia looked towards him gratefully and smiled.

"Thank you, Daniel."

After almost half an hour of photos been taken, she and Daniel were finally able to leave, and once they got into his car, she gave him the address to her school so that he could drive them there. On the way there the two of them participated in small chatter - which felt incredibly forced to Felicia. But she ignored that and still participated in the forced idle chatter in order to be polite.

After what felt like hours, they arrived and he helped her out of the car, and she thanked him with a smile. As they headed inside the school Felicia spied something curious in a nearby car as she passed. At first glance it wasn't odd, it was just Peter talking to a man in a car - she assumed it was his date's dad. But then she realised just where she had seen the man before.

This man was the man who wore the mechanical wings back on the ferry.

As she passed the car with her arm looped through Daniel's, she made eye contact with both Peter and the man. Peter looked absolutely terrified, and the man looked at her in suspicion - and she soon figured that this man knew who Peter was, because there would be no other reason as to why Peter looked at her in fear, but also pleadingly.
