Bella Whisps is the most skilled in dueling in the whole school. She is very witty, powerful and agile. She is more intelligent and skilled than Hermione Granger, but she doesn't tend to boast about it, unlike Granger. She is very sweet but only shows this to her family and friends. To everyone else she is confident, beautiful, popular, a feminist and powerful.
Bella is a half-blood, her mum a muggle, her dad a wizard.
