Being at home was different. He hasn't lived in this house in a long time, that's what he was told at least. He forgot most of that time though, so being back should make him feel comfortable here. Yet for some reason this didn't feel like home. Maybe his London home would, but he remembered that flat. Thinking about it made him feel nauseous, not knowing why.

For now, Louis decided to push those thought aside. He had been home for three days now and it was hard. He could barely walk the stairs by himself (so not at all), he couldn't make himself food - not that cooking was a strength before. But that was exactly the problem, strength. He didn't have any.

He was of course still going to his session. But the walking he had done in the hospital was easier back then. Now he had to get to therapy somehow, usually Dan drove him. His therapists office was on the second floor and thankfully there was an elevator. He was obviously told to try using the stairs to get used to is. They knew he had stairs at home, and due to the elevator in the hospital he wasn't used to those. After walking up on floor, he was exhausted. Who knew that walking stairs could be so much more work than regular walking?

At therapy, everyday at 2pm, he did his thing, same as in the hospital. After that, if it wasn't leg day in the session, he would try to at least take the stairs. When he got back home he was too tired to do anything, due to that he usually fell asleep on the couch. His sisters then woke him when they got home from school.

Today before his session, one of his mates was coming over. He didn't actually know which one it was. All they told him was that the guys from the band would love to see him. Personally, he wasn't ready. It was hard enough to see his family deal with his memory loss. Now his apparent friends, or brothers as he called them according to Lottie, were coming over. He didn't know if he could do that again.

Lottie was the one that had to tell the guys the news. After they found out the news in the hospital, they all went home. Louis laid down on the couch, he could feel himself fall asleep fast. Before that happened, he could hear his family talk about the situation. His heart broke when he heard his sister cry.

„How do I tell them? They have been through enough." Lottie had cried. Dan and Lottie were still sitting at the dinner table, while the twins were watching a movie in the living room.

„Hey, you are not alone in this. You don't have to tell them if you want I can do it. Or I can at least be there when you call them, yeah?" Dan offered. He put a comforting hand on her shoulder.

„No, I think I need to do this in person. I know that they are going to be devastated, especially Harry." Louis didn't know why one person would be more effected than the others, but maybe he was closest to that Harry guy in the band, he thought. Lottie continued talking. „I think I am going to go over there tomorrow morning. Should I text them now so they can all meet at one house?"

„It's a good idea. But tell them Louis is home, and that it is about seeing him and some things the doctor said. We don't need them freaking out already." Dan had a sad smile on his face. Louis couldn't see it, but he assumed while no one was talking his sister sent the text.

„I can't even imagine how they will feel. I mean, we had it hard too, but those memories don't concern us you know. He is still the same Louis. But not having those memories with the guys anymore? How is a reunion supposed to work? He is already overwhelmed. You saw him yesterday." Tears kept running down Lotties cheeks, all the emotions from the past weeks were coming out now. She had tried to keep it together for her family and the guys. Now that Louis was actually fine, and alive she could breath again. But the thought of how the guys were going to feel was weighing her down again.

„I know you are concerned. But the reunion tour will not happen anytime soon. You can ask the guys about it when you are there tomorrow. But I don't think that he will be going back to rehearsing soon. He will be on that stage again with them, but not before he is healed first. I don't care what Simon says about this, I won't let him get away with anything this time." Dan assured Lottie.
