58 year old David Bronald had been married to 59 year old Jane Rodeo for 38 years and they had 4 children but on September 24,2005 the two got into an argument about getting a divorce which lead to David stabbing Jane 12 times and beating her with a rolling pin and then he dumped her body in the pool in his daughters neighborhood then his older daughter found her moms body and called police then police and Bronalds daughter Cassie called David and informed him that his wife was murdered and David said "I Killed Her and I'm glad" Police then realized David is a Suspect then the FBI told lead homicide detective Thomas Berton that David Bronald is the Killer so Bronald was taken into custody and questioned by police and before he was questioned he confessed to the murder saying he did kill her on purpose so David Bronald was charged with First Degree Murder by Police and was taken to Oregon State Prison to await Trial and then the father called his son Dylan who worked at a law firm telling him that he was arrested for his mom's murder and he told him that he didn't even do it so the son agreed to represent his father in court.
