The Verdict
After 34 hours of deliberation the Foreperson called the Judge to let him know that they have a Verdict then he said that he is going to get court back in session then news of the Verdict spread across the country Which caused the Governor of Oregon to declare a State of Emergency then Court came back in session with everyone taking their seats to wait for the Jury with the Verdict Forms then after 30 mins of waiting the Jurors came in the room then the Judge asked the Foreperson if they have the Verdict forms and he said Yes so the Foreperson handed the forms to the Bailiff who then handed the forms to the Judge then Judge Soletsky checked the forms then he announced that he will read the verdict and he advised everyone in the court to remain calm and that if there were an outburst then the person responsible will be removed then the Judge read the Verdict and the verdict stated We the Jury Find the Defendant Not Guilty of First Degree Murder as to Count 1 which caused shocks and Kelly,Carly and Cassie Bronald to break down into tears after hearing the verdict for First Degree Murder then the Judge read We the Jury find the Defendant Not Guilty of Gross Abuse of a Corpse as to Count 2 then the Judge dismissed the Jurors thanking them for their service on the Trial
