Beginning of Trial
David Bronald is lead into Court with Handcuffs and his daughters sob as they see him coming in the Courtroom but they also sob tears of anger as they saw their brother as their father's lawyer then the Bailiff announced that court has begun with Bohdan Soletsky as the Judge which he began Jury Selection so Lead Prosecutor Adam Moldovan started by questioning 60 Jurors and Defense Attorney Dylan Bronald questioned 40 Jurors then Jury Selection ended after Jurors 4,9,15,28,37,42,47,59,61,75,93 and 114 were selected to serve on the Jury for the Trial then began Opening Statements and Prosecutor Moldovan stated that after Bronald stabbed Jane 12 times he beat her with a rolling pin and dumped her body in their daughter's pool which led him to be charged with First Degree Murder and Gross Abuse of a Corpse in his Wife's Death but Defense Attorney Dylan Bronald said that His mom Jane threatened his dad that she was going to beat him with a lead pipe if he even sees or tries to talk to the kids so Dylan said that David killed his mom in Self Defense then The Prosecution called Carly Bronald to testify and she said that her dad is a monster after what he did to her mom then The Defense cross examined Carly and she said that her dad has been really nice throughout her life then Court adjourned until 9:00 AM tomorrow
