Closing Arguments
Court came back in session as David Bronald's Murder Trial comes close to the end with the Prosecution and Defense having to give Closing Arguments to the Jury before the Jury goes into deliberation so Prosecutor Moldovan started by giving his Closing to the Jury by saying that the defendant knew what he was doing when he ended his wife's life by stabbing and beating her to death and then dumping her body in his Daughter's pool and he showed a chart of all the evidence that was found at the Crime Scene and he said that the defendant dumped the body which meant that he abused a dead body which got him charged with First Degree Murder and Gross Abuse of a Corpse and the Prosecution stated that it would be chaos if David Bronald was found Not Guilty and it would bring justice to the family and to the people of the State of Oregon if the defendant was found Guilty then Defense Attorney Dylan Bronald delivered his Closing Argument saying that Jane Rodeo has been in a rough relationship with the defendant by threatening to hire a hitman to kill him so the Defense says that the murder was self defense so the Defense told the Jury that the proper verdict in the case is Not Guilty then Judge Soletsky sent the Jurors in the Jury Room to deliberate on a verdict
