Kevin Melbourne Testifies and lies on the stand
Court came back in session at 9:00 AM and Prosecutor Moldovan started the trial by calling Detective Kevin Melbourne to testify and Detective Melbourne stated that he went to the defendants home to take him into custody after he told police that he committed the murder and he sent the DNA evidence to the FBI Forensic Lab which ties David to the murder but Defense Attorney Dylan Bronald countered attack Detective Melbourne saying that The Defendant had a gate at the front entrance of his house and asked how did he get through the gate and he said that he jumped the gate then Court adjourned for tomorrow then Dylan came to Melbourne's home state Virginia and uncovered a video camera which was recording Detective Melbourne planting evidence from Crime Scenes to the accused persons house then after Dylan showed the Judge the video in the camera Court came back in session and Defense Attorney Dylan Bronald called Detective Melbourne to testify again and Dylan asked if the testimony he gave completely truthful and he decided to invoke his 5th Amendment Right then Dylan asked if he even forfeited a police report and he invoked his 5th Amendment right then Dylan asked if he planted any evidence at the defendants home during the dumping of the body and he Invoked his 5th Amendment right then Court adjourned for tomorrow until 9:00 AM
