Chapter 8

Rachel POV

I was home alone with David watching tv.David said he heard voices outside. I turned down the tv volume low and listened carefully. The voices sounded familiar. I got up and looked outside the window. I saw josh's car parked outside my house. Why was Josh at my house?  I thought to myself. I walked up to the front door slowly and listened. The sound was muffled and I could barely make out any words.

"No....you....Rachel......fighting now."

Josh said my name. What does Josh want with me. I thought to myself. I swung open the door to see some one I didn't want to see. Jessica.

Jessica POV

I was squirming to break free of Josh grip when the door flung open. The second Josh let go of my hand I snapped. I got into raging anger and the only thing I thought was, fight. I jumped forward and wrapped my arms around her waist and tried to tackle her. She grabbed my shirt and threw us on the ground. She punched and kicked and yanked my hair,so I did the same. We fought until Josh and David separated us. Where was David? Was he with Rachel this whole time, if he was I would have to really fight Rachel.

Rachel POV

"Why the HELL are you at my house ASSHOLE. Leave or I'm calling the cops! "I hollered. David was holding me back and Josh Was holding back Jessica. We both tried to break free of their grip to get at each other. They wouldn't let go.

"I hate you,you BITCH!" Jessica screamed.

I turned around and cried in David's chest and he put his arms around me and pulled me in tight.

Josh put his arm around Jessica's shoulder and walked her out. David closed the door behind them.

I sat on the couch with David next to me rubbing my shoulder. Hours went by with me still crying of pain and heart broken.

"Can you stay with me. " I asked.

"Sure I'll stay." David said with a tired look. "Let me tell my parents I'll be spending the night. "

"Ok I'm gonna go put on my pajamas. " I told him.

I went upstairs and changed.

Later we both fell asleep on the couch cuddling.

Jessica POV

Josh walked me down the steps of Rachel's house and took me home. "Stay." I said before walking inside.

"Fine." He sais with a smile.

We layed in my bed cuddling ,face to face with his arms around me.

"I love you so much. You make me so happy." Josh said with a smile.

"I love you too." I said smiling and dozing off. He kissed my forehead and fell asleep.

The next morning was Monday and we both woke up late.

"Josh! Josh wake up we have to go to school! Its Monday come on wake up!" I said shaking Josh til he got up.

I realized I didn't tell my parents Josh was over and if they found out they would kill me. Me and Josh decided to skip school cause we had already missed 4 periods. Me and Josh left the house so my parent didn't find out about me not going to school or Josh being over. We when to the park to chill. Then I got a text message. It was from some stranger. It said: Hey babe what's up you still coming to the party tonight right?

I starred at the text for a while pondering who it could have been. Then Josh saw it.

"Who is this?" He questioned raising his voice.

"I don't know. "I said.

"Yes you do. Jessica don't lie to me. If you know who this is you better tell me right now!" He said raising his voice higher.

"I don't know who this is."

"He's your boyfriend isn't he!?!" David hollered.

"No!"

"Your lying! Your lying! You know what ,whatever! I'm done!"

"Josh No! "

He got in his car and drove off.

I fell down on the ground crying. I needed some one to comfort me.
