"Lerato please take out the dishes" mom said point at the top drawer where she kept the fine China, causing my eyes to roll automatically because my sister was coming to visit and was apparently bring her boyfriend to meet mom, now she's turning it to a whole event I mean I've never dared touch these dishes when she's around.

"Wow since when do we use these..." I teased

"Lerato ungaqali ngami, hhayi namuhla (don't start with me not today) she narrowed her gaze at me

I raise my arms up in surrender after carefully placing the dishes on the dinner table. She had a whole full course meal prepared like they do in the movies and shit. Yep this effort is nonexistent when it comes to me.

I invited Nolwazi and Emily over but Emily said she couldn't make it. Like she's been hella busy for a person that doesn't really part take much in anything which is strange.

While I was helping mom set up I heard a knock at the door.

"I'll get it" I said walking to the living room

"Hey sexy" Nolwazi winked at me as I opened the door while she looked me up and down no lie I felt that in my core.

"Hey Noni" I pulled her in for a hug

"Girl what your mama feeding you, you getting hella tall" I looked up at her

"Nah bitch you just short shawty" she said while patting the top of my head

"I will cut of your knee caps" I glared

"Why are short people so violent always tryna fight, anyways am I late?" she asked walking in

"Nope not at all mommies little princess hasn't arrived" I rolled my eyes

"Finally get to meet your sister that you never talk about" she smiled

"Its nothing to be excited about she's hella stuck up..."

"Lerato watch yourself and don't talk bout your sister like that" mom smacked me upside the head

"Ouch" I cried out as Nolwazi laughed at me

Nolwazi greeted my mom and started helping with taking the rest of the dishes from the kitchen to the living room, before asking to use the bathroom.

A minute later we heard a car pull up then we heard the door open.

"Knock knock mommy I'm home!!!" I heard my sister's voice ring into the the dinning room

"Ma baby!!!" My mom ran to my sister giving her a big hug

I watched them sway around as I looked at some dude standing behind her.

Yeah she's definitely using this guy as cover to please mom, I can see thru her bullshit with her faking ass.

"Hey kiddo" she throw her self at me squeezed me as I tired to pull her of me

"Dude, get your fat ass off me" I huffed

"Still a grumpy little gremlin I see" she kissed my cheek before pulling away

"Anyways guys this is my boyfriend Thando" she walked over and kissed him in the cheek

"Cap!!!" I covered with fake cough

She send a threatening glare at me confirming my suspension.

"Hey Mrs Mabuza and Nolwazi" he smiled at us

Getting a warm welcome from my mom and a cold one from me.

I tuned everyone out when they started talking until heard my mom slap Nomuzi's hand when she tired to reach for the food

"Haiii we pray first in this house wena (you) and also we are waiting for some one" my mom said causing me to stick my tongue out at her

"Who are we waiting..."

"Sorry I took so long I was on a call" Nolwazi said as she walked in

Nomuzi's face went pale as her eyes widened with what looks like shock mixed with fear while everyone turned to look at Nolwazi besides Nomuzi.

"Oh hello" she greeted walking pass Nomuzi from behind to sit next to me

"Finally I get to meet...."

I watched as Nolwazi face goes pale as soon as she got in view of Nomuzi, cause a pain to heat up my chest at their reactions as everything got quite for a second.

Nomuzi and Nolwazi just stared at each other like deers looking at headlights cause everyone to feel the tension get unbearable.

"Aye yoh wait do y'all know each other" I asked with a stank face

Nolwazi's eyes drifted from Nomuzi to me a couple of times then to my mom then us again like she was figuring out something.

"Wait your lerato's older sister" she asked.

"Ah what's going on here" my mom inserted her self

"Yeah... I am, can we please talk..."

Nolwazi's eyes drifted from my sister to Thando and I saw a side of her I haven't seen in a while,which helped me put one and two together and that hurt me.

"That better be another family relative sitting next to you"she spit her words out with venom

"No that's Thando her boyfriend" I throw some gas into the already lit fire

I saw tears fall down Nolwazi's cheeks as she starts walking away after she mutters a wow.

"Baby wait... I can explain" Nomuzi chases after Nolwazi

"Baby???" Me and Mom shout in unison

I get up and follow them with my heart rate increasing with every step I took and everything turning red as I listened to their argument.

"Nomuzi Ngiyeke (leave me alone) all this time you had a whole boyfriend while your sweet talking me into falling for you" she shouts

"Look baby just give me a chance to..." she grabbed Nolwazi's hand

And with no thought to it I pushed my sister off Nolwazi cause her to stop and stare at the floor for a second. Before letting out a breathe as she burst into anger and grabs me by my hoodie.

"Lerato Ngizokushaya uma ucabanga ukuthi ungaphinda ubeke izandla zakho kimi!!! (I will beat if you think you can put your hands on me like again) Nomuzi threatened

With not giving it any thought, I swung my fist connecting to her face. She started throwing punches at face too as we fought, I felt someone pull me off her as I kicked her one last time.

Nomuzi screamed as she got off the floor and tackled me and who I assumed is Thando. Then she proceeded to throw her fists at me all the screaming from mom shouting at us to stop to thando trying to break up the fight we didn't notice that Nolwazi had left.

We wrestled till I felt something like a belt hitting both me and Nomuzi causing us to let go off each other and try to escape.

"Yini osufike wayenza, usuzenza inqwaba yezilwane emzini wami( what has gotten you, acting like animals)" mom stared at us in shame and disappoint.

While she was shouting at us, Nomuzi ran off while shouted at her to get back but she just got in her car and left.

"Why the fuck you still here" I glared at Thomas
