Epilogue

Hello Readers,

I'm back with the last part of the story. Sorry it took so long but I've been busy and I had a hard time coming up for the right ending for Josh and Mina. I didn't want to release it until I was happy with it.

~1 Month Later~

"I, Mina Williams, daughter of Alpha Paul Anderson and Claire Williams, pledge myself to the pack in hope that I will be recognized by all of you," I recited, saying the words I memorized prior to standing before my father's pack. I took a deep breath, locking eyes with Josh in the crowd to settle my nerves.

"We recognize you and welcome you into our pack," my father, the alpha, stated. He turned to address the crowd of people, all members of his pack, except for Josh, Courtney and my mom. "I present my daughter, Mina Williams, the newest member of our pack."

A cheer of joy and excitement erupted from the crowd as they all joined in, clapping and hollering as loud as they could. Music started to play over the speakers, signaling the end of the ceremony.

"You did great, Kiddo," my dad said over the cheers and music. He pulled me into a quick hug before we joined the crowd of people.

"Congratulations, Honey. I'm so proud of you," my mom said, making her way over to give me a hug. My mom had accepted the werewolf world for my sake but still had lots of questions. Her knowing was breaking so many werewolf laws, but after everything she's seen, it was impossible for her to act like it didn't exist.

"Me too," Josh said with a wide grin. He took his place next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist. I instantly leaned into him.

"Me three!" yelled Courtney excitedly. She had refused to stay behind, not after the last time. Tristan had wanted to come too, claiming we might need the backup, but my dad had already broken one too many rules by letting my mom and Courtney come.

"Thanks guys," I said, smiling. "Well, I did it. I'm officially a part of a wolf pack."

"How does it feel?" Nathan asked curiously.

"Like being a superhero without any superpowers," I said, a little disappointed.

They all erupted into laughter.

"Mina, Josh, I want to introduce you to the other pack leaders," my father said, gesturing for us to follow him into the crowd.

"I'll see you later," I called to the others. I grabbed ahold of Josh's hand while following after my father.

Josh and I were introduced to a number of important members of the pack along with other Alpha's, most of whom he already knew. So not only was I being introduced as a member of my father's pack but also as Josh's mate and future Luna. No pressure or anything.

After a lot of names that I knew I would never remember and the hundredth story about someone's younger years, Josh came to my rescue.

"I think my mate needs a drink. Excuse us," he said while taking my hand and leading me to the refreshment table.

"Thank you," I said, taking a sip of water. "If I heard one more story about someone's glory days I was going to lose it."

"And most of them were not that interesting," Josh added with a laugh.

I cracked a smile.

"What are you doing all the way over here?" Courtney's voice broke through the crowd. I turned to see her and my brother approaching.
