Chapter 12

Marcus's POV

The cold dread hit me making me realize my reality. Lonely, dark and cold. I took off my blanket and ran to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and took my bath. After that I went out. Where I was going I don't know yet.

I strolled around the cold house like a ghost . Breakfast was going on. My parents came back yesterday and they didn't bother about me . I saw them smothering Cole yesterday . But I didn't exist. Literally I passed them and said 'welcome back' but they didn't notice me. I was invisible. So deep in my brothers shadow that I started to disappear or I've completely disappeared. Outside and cold I greeted the gardener. I went to the garage which wasn't really you're average garage it was a very very very big room. Filled with different cars. I choose one and asked Noah , one of the drivers to drive me to Sam's apartment. Emily was crashing in his place since the whole cheating thing. "We are here Marcus". "Thank you Noah. Do you want to pick me or can you wait". "I'll wait ". "You sure". "Marcus go talk to your friends". My friends is that what they are ?. I giggled jumping out of the car. I walked out of the elevator , I take a left turn on the hallway and was met with Sam's door. I knocked hardly and it opened with an angry Sam. "Don't knock on my door if you want to come over call or text and I'll know what to do don't knock on my door. I don't like that . Yeesh talk about bossy . "Can I come in". "Yes". Once I was in , I noticed what Sam was wearing. He was wearing a hoodie with some shorts. "You shouldn't be wearing those ". I said pointing at his shorts. "I'm at home get used to it". "So whay do you want". "Oh I'm here for Emily". "She went out a while ago". "Oh then I'll stay with you". "Don't pretend like you want to spend time with me". "Ofcourse I do". "No you don't". "Sam you can just say you don't want to hang out with me and I'll be cool with it. I mean no one ever wants to hang out with me". "Wah wah". Sam said trying to imitate a violin but he failed". "Aww such a sad sob story, do you want me to get you a hankerchief, But if you want to hang out with boring me it's your torturing".

I don't know why Sam called himself boring he wasn't,we watched Romance movies on his laptop. We both made lunch for each other , well it started as a we but Sam eventually left me to cook for us . He hadn't had breakfast and netheir have I so I made French toast with bacon with orange juice on the side. As we ate Sam kept moaning and said he was I love with his breakfast. After that we just talked. Sam is a really good listener. He also had good advice about my family situation. He said I should drop them like a hot rock and make sure all connections aren't possible. Sam is actually a really good guy. After a while of more hanging out Sam had to go for his classes. I wanted say goodbye and go back to the house but Sam told me that the teacher that taught my course was back in school. So I insisted that Noah take us to school.

Turns out I missed out a lot in school while I thought our teacher was absent. After a lot of catching up I had to ask some of my classmates to help me lend me some notes and had go to all of my lecturers. What was I thinking not coming to school. I could make up for the time. At least most of my lecturers we're kind enough to give me the topics I missed. I have a lot of studying to do.

"So you missed a lot if school huh?". "Yep". "I have a lot of studying to do " . I f you want I can help you". "Thanks Sam but I can't stress you like that". "It's not stressing ". "Thanks Sam your really a nice guy ". "Don't tell anyone". Yeah like that's a secret. We were about to enter my car when a faint voice was screaming 'Wait'. I turned around to see Walter. "Sam wait". "What,Oh Walter" . "Yeah"."What brings you here". "Um I school here". They did this for awhile while I , I stood there watching them. "So you guys have been hanging out all day,huh?". "Yep". "Ok, ok enough of this . You guys can do this when I'm not here". I said dragging both of them to the car.

Hey readers. I know I take a long time to update and I want to apologize. I know I'm not like those other authors that write BL books about everyday life or update really fast . I have twenty books in my head and I've finished fifteen including this one I have so many plans for this series but to write isn't easy ,I know waiting isn't easy believe me I've been waiting for a book for 3 years and another for 5 , I still have hope even if I know it's false I check on it now and then but I'll update just bare with me and wait I know the chapters are short but I'm trying to work on that. I'm pretty unrealistic people , to be honest (if any of you read my first book) there's no rich handsome CEO that's gonna just fall in love with you especially since you were dumb enough to get pregnant off some high school sweetheart. But some times you have to fantasise get away from reality . Please bare my slowness.
