The sunset had always amazed him from when he was younger, it was even better from the spot he had chosen to perch at. Henry was never one for staying in one spot ever since he was younger, that mindset lead him to becoming who he was today a pirate of one of the best crews to sail the seas in his own eyes at least.

"What 're ye doing up there 'Enry" a familiar voice broke the male out of his thoughts, brown hair getting ruffled in the wind. he removed his gaze from the setting sun to the dirty blonde haired woman he's known for years. giving a slight hum he made his way off the roof he was perched on landing in front of her.

"Simply was just watching the view Jared" he told her with a grin, dodging the in coming hand. the younger male may have had a bird like brain in this form but he still knew his friend all to well and he anticipated almost getting smacked on the head. "anyways it took you a long time to find me, did ya get lost again?".

Darren sighed, running a hand through her locks of hair. "more or less" she told him "found some kits roaming the forests brought 'em back to the ship". Henry perked up at the mention of kits, knowing they haven't had a child on the ship since they dropped of their captains kids a few years back because of something he couldn't quite remember.

"That's marvelous I can't wait to corrupt the younglings in the art of shiny object hunting" he told his friend with a smile, however he seemed to have remembered something "why'd we stop here in the town again?" he had clearly forgotten why they had stopped in the first place.

Darren shook her head slightly giving the male a reminder they were on the island for supplies, and knowing the ship would be leaving in a few hours time they didn't have much time left to waste. getting to the task they were supposed to in the first place the two gathered the supplies with some help from the villagers of the small town to load it upon their ship.

By the time they were done, the sails were prepped and ready as the anchor was raised and the children aboard had made up their minds in that time that they would be staying. with the ship leaving the harbor, it was gone by the next day.

Unfortunately for Wilbur he would be to late to try and convince his son to return. for the man had found the empty tents far to late, and he had taken far to long to get to the town that was mentioned in the letter his ex wife had sent him months ago. he stood at the empty harbor fists clenched, that was the day it all began the day Eret and Niki would watch their nations leader fall into insanity.

For Wilbur began crafting a story, a story the two plus the others all knew was just how he was coping with his loss. all while a certain masked teenager watched from the forests, for unaware to everyone he was happy. not because the nation he was at 'war' with lost a few of their men no he was happy for he knew his younger brother would be safe, safe with their mother on her ship.

He took one last glance before walking off into the forest, back to his friends. this would be over soon, in a few years time everything would fall into place. for to Dream this was all just a way to keep his brother and his friends safe. it was a shame that Wilbur had forgotten those happier times, it was a shame Phil never kept the promise to his mother to begin with.

But who was he to blame, Dream was aware the man played favorites. and maybe in a few years time he would come to regret that, for the masked teen would be keeping tabs on his old child hood friend. playing the game as the 'villain', because he was born to be a pirate and in a few years he'd live that dream of his out on the seas with his best friends. and maybe he'd be  reunited with his family when that time comes. for now he'd just do what he did best, play pretend with a man that would slowly loose his mind in the next coming years.
