CHAPTER 5: Her Charms, His Addiction

Jon was able to tip Loa on some Ling's likes and dislike, PLAN NUMBER 1: MOVIE TRICK.

Loa hurries home shut down the lights in the living room and everywhere becomes dark. She inserts the disc into the video player and sits down on the couch eating the chips and watching attentively. Ling walks into the building "Hubby!" she runs and embrace him, he pull her away of which she succumb and collects the brief case from him.

The movie got Ling's attention as he stands at a distance watching quietly, after a while Loa comes back to the living room.

"What's going on here?" he ask as if not interested.

"Hubby it's your best movie last year, you can---"before Loa could finish her statement, Ling has already turned on the lights and switch off the television.

"Ling, I did this for you! I search the whole market just to find this movie" she squeals sadly.

"Do I look interested? Make your self comfortable here" he leaves angrily to the bedroom.

"No! Ling!" she screams at the top of her voice sadly; he smiles to himself but to Loa it seems her plan failed.

Loa sing and dance rhythmically in the kitchen as she makes breakfast for her PLAN NUMBER 2: ROMANTIC BREAKFAST, she wore Ling's white long sleeve and a pink flip-flop.

"Let me do it, Mistress Ling" Old Sung insists but her requests were declined politely. Ling enters the kitchen to take a glass of milk, on seeing Loa he stare strongly as if he wants to devour her and couldn't get his eyes off her.

"Good morning Hubby" Loa pegs him softly on his cheek as he wakes up from his imagination immediately.

"Breakfast is ready" she added as she carries the meals to the dining with the assistance of Old Sung.

"Seems like plan number two worked perfectly" she chuckles and Ling walk out of the kitchen.

"Old Sung, make me something else" he commands with a stern expression.

"But master---"Ling stare at Old Sung angrily and she leaves to the kitchen in fear.

"Ling, I woke up by 6am just to prepare breakfast for you" she said sadly.

"Rejecting it will only shatter my heart" she added.

"I was never a part of your childish game" Ling stand up.

"I lost my appetite" he leaves the mansion angrily but one could tell and see that a smile crept out of his lips.

"Send the meal to the office ASAP" Ling text Old Sung as he enters into the car.

"How is the plan going little Ling?" Jon asks sarcastically.
"All our plans are failing, he didn't fall for any of my charms" she replies sadly.

"Be patient dear, it will be okay soon" they continue discussing as she head to the bedroom.

"As for me, I will keep loving that ruthless and heartless Mr. Ling with no regret for the rest of my life" Ling watch Loa's instagram video in isolation as Jon who has been standing behind him smirk mockingly, Ling was startled.

"When did Mr. Ling the icy lion become so emotional?" Jon teases and asks apathetically.

"When did you come in?" Ling clear his throat in shame.
