Loa walks into her father's mansion looking pale, unkempt and sad. She could not talk as she sluggishly climbs the stairs heading towards her room.

"This is worse than death".

"For years now, I haven't spoken or seen my own father".

"Is death really serious on taking my father?"

"Who will I lean on?"

"How--- what route will my life take?"

The shower drip from her head rolling down to her body as she stands still at a spot in tears;

"Life is bitter".

"I think giving up on everything is the best".

She wraps the towel around her chest and walks into the bedroom.

"If only he was kind to me, I wouldn't have been this broken and shattered" she lies naked on the bed as she uses the duvet to wrap herself like a baked pie, she shivers in shock as tears gathers around her eyelid.

Loa stretch through the bed reaching for her phone on the bed table, she unlocks the phone and sees fifty (50) messages, thirty (30) from Ling, ten (10) from Jon and ten (10) from Kim with numerous missed calls. She sadly opens Ling text messages:

"Come back home now!"

"Where are you?"

"Hey! Have you eaten?"

"When are you coming home?"

"Becoming a snub, right?"

"Little Ling, how are you?"

"Call me when you need me".

She continues scrolling down with mixed feelings "Does he miss me?" she mutters to herself and let out a small smile.

"Any news from Loa?" Ling asks Jon as they both enter into the tinted glass car.

"None yet, she haven't replied any of my messages" Jon said sadly.

"Where do you think she could be?" Ling asks anxiously.

"We should check her father's mansion" Jon suggest courageously.

"Great idea" Ling nods in approval.

"We have to choose a new president since Mr. Yon is in a vegetable state" one of the board member suggests politely.

"We have to deliberately choose someone with integrity that can manage this company very well" one of the investor said professionally as the flat screen television made a booting sound making everyone's attention turn to it.
