Don't Blame Me

Liz- 4 days later Wednesday
Amy? I opened the door while knocking.
“hmm” she looked up from her desk.
“Come on you´ve been studying all day let´s get some food”
“No my last final is tomorrow. I need to study I can eat after tomorrow” she looked back down on her paper
“Amy come on I´m not asking to stay out all day. We can order in or I can cook if that´s better for you but you have to eat. You should know that”
“Ok fine but we´re staying home”
“perfect” I closed the door behind me walking into our kitchen.
I looked inside our cabinets but as always with finals we have almost nothing here.
I sighted.
Guess we have to order something then. I wanted to cook for her, it being the last meal before her last final.
I was done with all mine already so I am free for the next months over the break.
 
I grabbed my keys
“Hon I´ll be back I gotta get some food” I let her know
“Don´t get too much in case we do go on vacation” She reminded me.
We don´t know if we can afford vacation and maybe it would be best to just stay home then. If we do go on vacation we would book last minute.
 
I closed the door behind me and walked to the next supermarket.
On my way I texted Kai
L: Hey hey am officially done with finals
Not even 1 minute later I got a response
K: Omg Congrats wanna celebrate?
L: I´d love to but amy has her last one tmr so Waiting for her
K: So celebrating tmr?
L: If I can get her to go out hahaha
K: Why´s that? She seems like she likes to go out
L: ye she does but I think not with us bc Louis hasn´t reached out
K: Well Louis says Amy hasn´t reached out...
L: Oh my I knew he doesn´t have her number. I´ll send you hers and pls make sure he gets it
K: will do
L: Look at us taking care of our friends
K: Honestly we´re the best friends someone could wish for
L: Agreed!! :)
K: So how come ur texting now you haven´t texted me either so I could be upset
L: Ik sorry but I was in my zone studying but now I´m free so you won´t be able to get rid of me hehe
K: Now I´m afraid
L: You better be!! Got to go have to cook for her
K: try not to burn the building it looks nice
L: hey!!! And nah it´s actually trash but cheap bye bye
K: Byee
 
I put my phone away and took a basket filling it with everything I´d need for tomato sauce. We still had pasta at home so I just went and grabbed some bottles of water and walked to the cashier.
I paid and walked back home quickly.
 
I arrived and started cooking real quick. I knew because she´s been studying she probably hasn´t eaten since morning so I wanted to be quick. And I was 20 mins later dinner was ready and we ate.
 
“You´re a lifesaver” Amy rubbed her stomach after she finished her meal.
“I know right I´m the best” I said getting an eyeroll as reply.
 
*ding dong*
“Are we expecting someone?”
“I am not” I shook my head and waited for her to go and opened the door.
“I´m not going” she crossed her arms “me and my foodbaby are not walking we need rest”
“Oh my...why are we friends again?” I laughed walking to the door
 
“Did someone order desserts?” I opened the door to Louis and Kai each with ice creams in their hands.
“Uhm No?” I closed the door
“Was it?” I heard Amy
“It was” I was shooked
“what are they doing here?”
“I don´t know I-”
Amy came and reached past me to open the door for them. “Sorry she´s not the fastest sometimes” she laughed. “oh yumm dessert come in”
She pointed to the kitchen and the boys walked there while she grabbed my arm and pulled me in my room.
“What is happening?”
“I don´t know I said I wanted to let you study I promise I have nothing to do with it” I assured her
“Alright well I can spare some time. I shouldn´t be studying anyway. Only revising” She walked back into the kitchen me following her.
“Here we are” She made quite the entrance
“do you guys have bowls or something?” Louis asked
“Just search through the cabinets we don´t mind” I looked at Kai who was washing our dishes.
“what?” he laughed
“not everyday I get this view” I laughed “Ty for doing this”
“Welcome, where should I put them?” he asked
“probably this cabinet it has all their plates” Louis held a cabinet door open
“Absolutely right” Amy said.
I quickly wiped over our table and got water, Amy brought spoons and cups and the boys prepared the ice cream.
Amy and I sat down already and soon the boys presented us their creation.
“We call this the Chelsea special” Kai put a bowl in front of me
“Do you guys have a special dance too or ..? I´m joking” I laughed at the confused face he made
“That´s what I have to deal with everyday” Amy sighted dramatically and we all laughed
“Let´s dive right in shall we?” the boys asked with their spoons already in their bowls. They´re clearly very excited for us to try it.
I took a spoon
“Omg what is that? I need it in my life forever” I took another spoon
“We need the recipe!”
“I want to marry this ice cream!”
“Not if I marry it first”
Amy and I starred at each other.
“Calm down no one is marrying the ice cream” Kai laughed
“We´ll see about that” Amy winked and we all burst out laughing.
“Oh my god I haven´t laughed that much in ages” Louis wiped away a tear.
“Always a good laught with us” I shrugged my shoulders smiling.
Crazy how they being here just lit up the mood completely. Not that we weren´t happy before but with them here it just felt 10 times better.
“Sooo what are your plans for this summer?” They asked us
“Well we have to see if we can go on vacation or not”
“ye I´d love to at least visit the family but who knows if we can go” Amy seemed sad about it. I know she misses her little sister. She hates not being there to see her grow up.
“Why don´t you just go?” Louis seemed very curious
“Not all of us have millions” I winked.
“True” He agreed.
“ We want to go to Greece” Kai said while filling up my glass with water
“really how nice never been there”
“Neither” I agreed with Amy
“Really? You guys have to one day it´s Amazing!” Kai seemed very excited taking about vacation
“Well one day we will won´t we?” Amy looked at me
“we´ll know when we´re there I guess” I shrugged
“Ok we´ll do it like that: We go now and you will go to Greece one day soon” Louis stood up
“Alright alright you convinced us” I gave in.
 
We all stood up.
 
“Shall we help you with something?” Kai asked me
“Oh no don´t worry about it we got this thank you tho” I smiled at him and he smiled back
“Alright then we´ll leave you to revise and good luck” Louis went to hug Amy
“yeah good luck but I´m sure you´ll kill it” Kai hugged her too
“I agree” I leaned against her.
“Thanks I appreciate it”
“Always” Louis nodded at her and she smiled wide.
“Bye bye” Kai opened the door
“Drive save”
“and text us when ur home” Amy added
“Ok ok we will” Louis laughed
“bye” I closed the door behind them, turned around and looked at Amy.
“That really just happened huh?”
“Let´s sell their used spoons on eBay”
“Liz!!” we busted out laughing
“ok ok I´ll clean so move ur ass to your desk” I walked to the kitchen
“Ily” she went in her room
“you better” I shouted after her.
The things you do for your bestfriends.....
I went and cleaned the kitchen, waiting for the boys to text they arrived and when they did I told Amy and left her alone then.
I didn´t need to get up so I watched some movies until late night.
 
Amy- Thursday
I yawned the entire way back from the university.
My last final was really easy. Luckily I studied exactly what was asked for in the exam so it had to be easy. Maybe it came from me being very motivated too. Wherever I got that from but I woke up and I just felt like I could cure the world. Obviously I can´t do it but still it gave me enough energy to really work throught the hours long exam.
Now that it´s over it´s time to partyyy.
I really wish we could go somewhere but you know studying abroad is not as happy as you think it is sometimes.
Maybe I can get my family to come here if we can´t go to them. I really really really miss my little 3-year-old sister.
I walked into the street our appartement was in and saw some sort of news reporter there. Weird but I didn´t really think about it and walked past them to the house.
“excuse me do you live here?” A woman asked me
“Yeah I do why?”
“Have you seen them then?” She seemed excited
“Who?”
“Kai Havertz and Louis Pollister were seen walking out that building yesterday and today again so everyone is here to see why they´d be here” She looked disgusted at the building
“Thank you very much” I said sarcastically and walked into the building.
“Shit shit shit.” I closed the door behind me
This might be a problem. Also wait why have they been here again?
I rushed up the stairs while calling Liz to make sure she´s awake but she didn´t answer.
As usual.
“huh?” I arrived the top floor which is our appartement and saw some sort of box in front of it.
I walked past it and opened the door.
“Liz come here right now!!! Liiiz”
“OH MY WE'RE DONE” She stormed out her room and hugged me
“Yeah yeah I know but we have a problem” I let go of her
“what did something happen?”
“well there are tons of reporters outside because Kai and Louis were seen leaving here”
“oh shit but it was dark outside how were they seen?”
“Apparently they were here today too” I looked at her asking if they´d been here with my eyes
“No promise I didn´t talk to or seen them”
“weird. Oh did you order something? There´s a Box outside”
“I don´t think I have but I´ll look at it. You settle in”
“Thanks” I smiled at her and walked into my room to change and put my things away
“Looks like it´s for us both” I heard the front door close and quickly put a different shirt and a more comfortable pair of pants on
“really?” I walked to her put my hands on her shoulders and looked down on the box
“It says that here” She pointed at the edge
“Alright let´s open this baby then” I rubbed my hands together
Liz took the top of the box and took the card that was laying there. The rest was covered in some sort of wrapping paper
 
“Read it out loud pls” I let go of her and walked to get myself some juice
“It says: Hey girls it´s us congrats on finishing your finals we bet you did great! We have some stuff in there for you to celebrate and you better text us so we can meet tonight and go out! Alright alright please text us If you want to meet. See ya Kai and Louis”
“How sweet of them” I placed my glass on the table “Hey!”  I slapped Liz´s Hand but she was still drinking out of my glass. “you rat”
“oh please” and we both laughed again. “ok but what do we think about this?”
“I mean it´s nice but I´m a bit confused”
“Same omg like what?” she agreed
“Seems like they want to be nice to us or smt”
“but like for what?”
“maybe they just think we´re nice” I tried to find a reason
“true I mean we are but at the same time we´re something else”
“oh yeah we are” I giggled “But maybe that exactly is what they like”
“and probably also the fact that they never really meet new people just because they also kind of can´t”
“true that´s sad tho. That they can´t really meet new people”
“ik right”
We paused just thinking about what we just figured out.
“well we can talk to them about it if we want to but for nooooow” Liz ripped away part of the wrapping paper. We were now looking at a Jersey.
“oh my No way they didn´t” I slapped my hand over my mouth.
“They really did ahhhhh” Liz screamed “ok ok we gotta calm down” she took out the jersey flipped it over and handed me it. “obvi this ones for you”
I took it and looked at it.  Number 13 Pollister. I smiled and put it on. It was big but in a good way.
Then I looked back at Liz to see her in a Jersey herself. “I love it so much”
“same” I agreed with her and smiled at her wide.
Now we both had jerseys in the style of the national team white meaning home jersey.
I got up to look at myself in the Trikot so I went to the biggest mirror which is in Liz's room just to hear her scream again right as I opened her door.
“Wait wait wait look! Looks like we now have something to do on Saturday AHHHHH”
“Bestie wtf” I laughed but rushed back to her to see her dancing weirdly with an envelope in her hand which I took out of her hand and looked inside
“NO FOOKING WAY” I looked at the Tickets to the quarterfinal match England-Spain on Saturday. “are they for real?” I looked at her with wide eyes.
“Let’s go out and celebrate tonight”
“Obvi oh and can we text to ask if they for real like these must've been expensive as hell"  I felt kind of bad
“always thought they could just ask for some .... Idk well another thing to ask them I guess”
I nodded.
“We’ll find out soon enough. Oh my God we can wear the jerseys and look cute in them. Wait we need outfits for today and for Saturday then and...”
“Calm down hon we’ll figure everything out when we need to” I calmed her down.
“True so text them now and meet them? But before we celebrate just with each other starting with...”
“Family call” we said together.

Even tho we aren´t really sisters it still feels like it. My family knows Liz and “adopted her” and her family did the same to me all that happened just because We get along with each other's families very well.
 I´m happy about it. Makes living with her way easier and also what we call family call, where we call our moms and Dads plus siblings all together and talk to them at the same time.
Of course, we also talk to them alone but family calls are just way more fun and I know deep down our families love them equally as much.
