“hm shut up” I mumbled trying to wave the fly away with my hand.
It took me a second to understand that it was a phone buzzing right beneath me.
I quickly opened my eyes noticing it wasn´t a moving pillow I slept on but a very alive still sleeping Kai Havertz.
 Everyone seemed to still be asleep except of me.
I have no clue how Kai managed to sleep over his phone buzzing on his lap but oh well.
I stretched and yawned.
While I did that Kai´s phone started buzzing again.
I thought it had to be important so I took it and answered the phone.
“Kai” A woman said.
“No sorry well yes uhm.. I have his phone I´m uhm his secretary” I stumbled.
“Ok? Well here´s Nicoles assistant would you be so kind to tell Kai that he and Louis don´t have to pick up Julian this evening but in an hour? He took an earlier plane and It's very important I´ve been trying to reach them for way too long”
“ofc they´ll be there” I assured her and ended the call.
 
Ok plane 1 hour Julian important
Plane must mean airport.
The nearest airport is 30 minutes away meaning they´d have to leave soon.
 
“Kai?” I stabbed my index finger in his side “Kai?!”
“oi” he opened his eyes.
“Get up now or I´ll get cold water”
“stop it I´m awake what´s up?” He rubbed his eyes sitting up
I walked to Louis and stabbed him too.
“You have to get ready and leave in 10 minutes. Airport. Julian.” I watched Louis gently shaking Amy.
“what I don´t get it” Kai still sounded sleepy.
“for gods sake no time to explain” I said looking at the time “you take Amy” I pointed at Louis “and you start your car I´ll explain on the way. NOW”
I walked in the kitchen quickly stuffing water bottles and random food I found in a bag to run with it to the car.
“hell no you´re not sitting front” I opened the passengers door.
“Hey!” Louis protested as I took his arm and moved him out the car
“you´re literally half asleep. Get some rest on the backseat bye”
He yawned and got in the back.
“alright now go no time” I said to Kai and we drove off.
“airport?” he asked and I said “yep”
“ok wanna explain what all this is about?” he asked
“you got a call from a so called 'Nicole' and she said Julian took an earlier plane and you´re supposed to be there”
“oh ty for answering the call we´d have missed it”
“may I ask what´s important about it?”
“well he´s new to Chelsea and we usually have players look after players and because of my German roots I´m supposed to look after him, which makes no sense because Timo and Toni speak fluently German”
“well but they´re on vacation aren't they?”
“right forgot about that”
 
I took a minute to just look at Kai.
I love the way he´s driving.
Always that one hand turn but still control over the car.
 
“what?“ he grinned.
“uhm I was trying to figure out if you want ähm wasser I mean water I-”    I closed my mouth.
“I´d very much like wasser.” He laughed. And I laughed at his attempt to pronounce water in German.
 
“Liz?”
“ye?”
“we should wake the other two we´re there soon”
“wha? How?” I looked at the time and really the 30 minutes passed by in a blink.
“you kinda half fell asleep again so I let you sleep” he shrugged and changed the line to exit the freeway.
“ty but I slept better on you tbh” I covered my mouth
Kai laughed.
I quickly looked at the backseat to see Amys head leaning on Louis and his on top of hers
“phone” I asked kai and he gave me his so I took a picture.
“we´ll need that for the wedding” I explained and he agreed.
He turned up the music very loud and the two woke up and were very confused.
“How did I miss all of this?” is all Amy asked and we all laughed at her.
“omg Liz!” she screamed I quickly looked back at her. “Excuse me It´s raining” she said and we both laughed . But she was right it really started to rain. As we got closer to the airport it was raining more and more.
We parked pretty close to an entrance.
“shit weather” Louis swore opening the door
“You can´t complain I´m in a Tshirt!” Amy shivered as soon as she was outside.
“Wait hold on” Louis opened the trunk of Kais car. “here” he gave Amy a Hoodie.
“Nah it´s ok” she tried to decline
“you´re shivering you take it period” he pushed it in her hands.
“that´s really cute and stuff but I´m soaking wet can we please?”  I said and we all ran inside.
 
“Ok look this must be his plane arriving in two minutes we´re on time” Amy seemed excited.
“she flew one time and loved it” I explained it to the boys. “also she loves the hoodie she´d just never say it” I whispered to Louis.
“Who are we even looking for?” Amy turned away from the flight-arriving board thing
“Julian something” Louis turned to Kai
“Julian Brandt” he explained
“well I´d google but I have no clue where the fuck my phone is” Amy shrugged
“too” I laughed
“here” Kai showed us a picture
“Isn't that him?” Amy asked pointing at a boy looking exactly like him
“Seems like it” Kai started walking towards him.
“Hey are you Julian Brandt?” he asked him
“that´s me?”
“I´m Kai. Kai Havertz. I´m from Chelsea” he explained holding out a hand which Julian shook
“Nice to meet you.” he smiled
“I´m Louis Pollister also Chelsea” he came forward and shook Julians hand too.
“oh these are Liz and Amy.” Kai pointed at us
“Sadly We´re friends of these two idiots” Amy laughed
“Oh Julian if you ever need help with translation or just trying to figure out stuff you can always reach out to us” I smiled at him
“you understand German?” he asked us
“born and raised in Hamburg” I explained
“Oh thank god” he seemed relieved.
“now now we can bring you to wherever you´re living if you want to?” Kai took one of Julians Bags and we started walking to the exit.
“oh yes please that would be perfect.” he sighted “I just wasn´t able to rent something yet I didn´t understand half of it and well I like to look at where I want to stay”
“We can help with that” I nodded
“Yeah I think there should be some appartements free where mine was If you want to I can call there rn and ask” Kai suggested
“You guys are the best” he thanked us
“I´ll be right with you” kai gave me the keys to his car.
“Alright ready to run?” I looked at the rest of the group and we all straight up ran to Kai´s car.
Louis sat front and me and Amy sat down left and right of Julian in the backseat.

I let them go to the car already and called the appartement building. They really were able to give us an appointment to look at it as soon as we were there.
I walked to the airport café and got us some breakfast things and ran out to the car.
 
“breakfast” I handed Louis one of the bags.
“Omg I love you” Amy snatched one of the bags and started eating.
I noticed Liz and Julian were talking in a language I didn´t understand. Must be German I thought and reversed the car out the parking lot.
“Oh we have an appointment soon” I looked at Julian
“thank you” he smiled and continued talking to Liz and showing her stuff on his phone.
 
I couldn´t help the feeling of not liking it.
I mean of course I can´t stop them from talking to each other and I have no right to control who she talks to but still I don´t want her to be close to him. Not as close as she is with me. Even tho now that I think about it I don´t even think we are that close.
 
“Kai? We have to get off here” Louis noticed.
“Yeah yeah I know....” Well I didn´t I wasn´t paying attention but no one will notice.
 
“Isn´t it the building we´ll move into too?” Amy asked me
 
Shit I didn´t think about that. Now they´ll live close. Closer than we would.
I clenched my jaw.
But smiled.
 
“yes it is. That´s perfect while he looks at maybe his place you can look at yours”
“true that´s practical but if you need anything come and get us and ask” Liz told Julian.
 
 
I just focused on the street and tried not to let it get to my head.
 
We arrived at the building and I went to get the key for Julian while the rest already went to check out the appartement.
 
“You good?”
I looked up from my phone seeing Liz standing by the elevator.
“Why shouldn´t I be? You´re supposed to look at your new home” I shook my head.
“And You´re not supposed to try to kill Julian with your glances”
“I am not”
“You are K... you are”
“I just hate that you seem to have so much in common and I just feel jelaous.” I shrugged.
She pushed the elevator button.
“you have nothing to worry about  he´ll be a friend yes. But he could never be what you are”
She winked and walked into the elevator grabbing my arm and pulling me in too.
“He better not”
“boy” she shook her head laughing.
“Liz. I like you” I said while pushing the button for floor 10
 
Her mouth dropped.
She´s staring at me like I just told her she´s not alive but still somehow living.
 
“uhm well that was fast forward at last that you are” she grinned “I won´t lie I´m not as quick as you might are BUT I like you like that too”
I hugged her.
“you smell good” I put my head on hers
“so do you” she laughed.
“You know I’m glad you’ll stay here”
“really why’s that?”
“because I can’t stand the thought of you being not safe and if there’s one thing I know than it’s that you’ll be perfectly OK here”
 
The elevator door opened and I let go of the hug and put my arm around her instead.
That way we walked to the flat.
“are there really only two flats on this floor?” She asked me
“yep and in that one Julian might live so you’d be neighbours”
 
“LIZ” Amy straight up ran to her. “I love it here”
“show me everything!” She jumped up and down and they both ran off
“like small children” Louis shook his head.
“So Julian want me to show your options?” I smiled at him
“Yes please”
We walked right across the hall and I opened the door.
“this one is exactly like that one and the other option is one floor down but is half the size of this and isn’t furnished"
I explained.
“Well a bigger one would be better. My brother is planning on coming here too and we always live together so yeah" 
“Perfect than I can show you to the person you need to sign the contract with”  I asked him  and he nodded.
“We’ll come back up when we’re done” I shouted and we left them alone.

“They’re gone now tell me EVERYTHING” Amy said sitting on the kitchen counter.
“obviously I waited for him and turns out he really was jealous”
“No shit anyone could see that”
“True well anyway so then we got in the elevator and suddenly he was like I like you Liz”
“ahhhhhhh" Amy screamed in my ear
“Holy shit calm down"
“NO WHAT DID YOU SAY"
“I was like yeah I like you too like that"
“AHHHHHH"
“Stop screaming or I’ll leave"
“Alright I’ll calm down. But now what? you’re together?”
“nah It was more of like a Promise”
“A promise for what?” she tilted he head
“A promise that we won’t have to worry about anyone else”
“so you think you might end up with him?”
“I mean I hope I do I really like him but I guess I´ll only know after we get to know each other better maybe with a couple dates...”
“but you like him already ahhh- ok I´ll stop” she stopped screaming after I pretended to leave.
“Anyway wow I´m glad we accepted living here it will be much easier” I looked around the kitchen
“agree. We´re living closer to them and the chelsea training grounds”
“And this flat is so nice”
“Tell me about it”
“do you think we can get them to get our things so we don´t have to leave?” 
“I wish but Liz there might still be reporter....”
“Don´t you think I thought about that” I looked at her with my ´I planned everything out already' face and that´s how we ended up getting all our things with all 3 of the boys (Julian kindly offered to help) wearing hoodies and ugly clothes (The rain also helped) and the help of three cars.
 
They also helped us with moving our stuff into the new flat and then they left to go to training and we were stuck with putting our things where they belong.
 
-          After they finished unpacking    -
 
“Oh my Liz I finished” Amy shouted from her room.
“Give me a second” I shouted back trying to find a space where to put our silverware “By the way we have nothing in the fridge Amy”
“I know I know” she walked in and opened a drawer for me to put the silverware in “we have to go shopping”
“oh shit we can´t forget the match tomorrow” I slapped my face
“shit right I´ll write a post-it"  and she did and put it on our fridge.
“perfecto now let´s go and get the goods” I took the key off the counter
“we better get these little candy things or I´ll be mad” she said and I Laughed opening the door for her.
I looked back into the flat once more and couldn´t help but smile.
The things they do for us.......
