Liz- Saturday
 
Still in the elevator I noticed I was still wearing his Jersey.
I took a deep breath and stuffed it in my purse.
 
I’ll be alright  I promised myself ready to just get in bed and forget about everything.
 
But life had something else planned for me.
 
The elevator door opened and I walked out of it noticing a blonde haired boy with hands full struggling to open the door to Julians Appartement.
“Hold On I’ll help” I hurried to him and took his keys to open the door
“Uhm Ty”
“Welcome” I turned back towards my door
“Liz alles gut?”
I sighted. Great. Now Julian saw me. I put on a smile
“What did you say? I don’t speak German” I reminded him of how I told him to only speak English so he’d learn
“Alright alright fine I practiced: Are you ok?”
“yeah why shouldn’t I be?”
“I saw England loose and you’re without Amy and without Kai so close the door and stay here for a bit I know you shouldn’t be alone now”
I sighed again.
I mean he is probably right…..
“Fine”
He clapped his hands in Excitement
“Grab us Capri Sun's out the fridge and come to the living room”
I nodded.
“Oh sorry who are you?” I smiled at the other boy
“Jannis. Julians Brother”
“nice to meet you. I hope it’s OK I’m here?”
“Ofc Any friend of his is welcome” he walked away
“Thank you”
I walked to the kitchen and grabbed both of us a Capri Sun and went to Julian
“there you go uhhh what are you doing?”
“PlayStation”
“Can I play with you?”
“do you know how?”
“No” I laughed
He laughed too “well then I’ll show you how” He gave me a controller.
 
Kai
I watched her walk to the elevator. The number 7 screaming in my face.
Sitting here in my car.
I started it but as the doors closed I stopped it again and just sat there.
“NO” I hit the steering wheel “fucking hell”
I grabbed my phone and dialed her number as I ran to the elevator hitting the buttons multiple times.
“Please don’t…… let me explain. Pls Liz. I can’t ……..I’m sorry please?”
I Spoke on her mailbox hoping she’d listen to it.
The elevator picked me up and on the ride up I thought about what I just did……
I called her selfish when all she really did was wanting me to have a good time.
I’m such an idiot.
 
“Liz?” I picked up my ringing phone
“No?”
“Mase oh”
“Where are you? We’re waiting”
“Imma need a bit sorry!”
“Haver-“
The doors opened and I straight up ran to the apartment and Rang the doorbell.
I waited but there was no sound.
I knew I shouldn’t do this but I used the spare key I still had and went inside.
“Liz?” I shouted but I got no response I looking into every room but she was nowhere.
“where are you?” I whispered sitting down on the couch looking at the TV.
She has to be in the building.
She took the elevator so she has to be here somewhere….
Maybe the rooftop pool?
I looked but the keycard to it was still in the closet.
“Just come back” I sighted.
Well maybe she’s coming here any minute and then I’d he here like a crazy stalker.
Yeah no I can’t do that.
I went out the apartment and closed the door behind me.
My back hit the door and I let myself fall down on the floor.
I’ll wait however long it’ll take.
She’s worth it.
 
Liz
“shit how did you get so good” Julian threw his controller away
“Ahahhaha well I had a good teacher” I winked
“True I’m the best”
“Oh stop”
We laughed
“thank you I really needed this”
“anytime. You helped me and I’ll help you that’s what friends do”  he smiled
“well well well you can’t be my friend without a fitting nickname” I tilted my head “I’ll come up with something” I stood up
“Phone?” He opened his hand and I gave him mine seeing I had missed a call from Kai but I ignored it “text me when u know my nickname or anytime”
“thank you Julian”
“stop thanking me” He shook his head
“Alright I’ll leave before I thank you too many times” I laughed  “ Goodnight Julian”
“Night Liz”
 I waved back into the living room and closed the door behind me still smiling.
But not for long.
“Oh my God” I looked down at the floor “Kai?!” He didn’t respond  “I swear if you’re drunk I’ll kill you”
I went on my knees to check if he’s still breathing (which he was) and then I shook him awake
“hmmmm…” He growled
“Come on” I took his arm and helped him up. I then unlocked the door and walked him over to the sofa.
He fell back to sleep as soon as he was laying down again.
I tilted my head and looked at him.
He was looking cute asf.
Alright calm down He hurt you not too long ago I reminded myself.
Still I couldn’t stop starring at him.
I sighted and took a blanket and put it over him
I rested my hand on his cheek and smiled.
I couldn’t help it.
I missed him already.
Even tho he was right here.
 
I went to bed and fell asleep with a smile
 
 
*Knock knock*
“hmmmm” I rolled over on my tummy
*knock knock*
I put the blanket over My head happily smiling because whoever knocked was gone.
Or not?
I heard the door open
I rolled back on my back and looked who it was
“Kai?”
“Liz can we talk?”
“Kai it’s 4am” I rubbed my eyes 4 hours of sleep is not enought.....
“Sorry Sorry I’ll leave” he closed the door
Oh my-
I took my blanket put it around myself  and walked out the room
“Alright then talk” I sat down on the sofa
“I’m sorry. I’m not used to someone caring anymore. I just felt like you didn’t want me to be there anymore. I know I shouldn’t have gotten mad and it really was unfair of me  I understand if you want me to go now and never come back”
“Kai no…. I was disappointed yes but I understand. It must be hard for you but you have to start trusting me. I don’t have bad intentions”
“I know I’m so sorry”
“Stop apologizing.” I stood up
“What are you doing?”
I opened my arms and he understood and hugged me.
“never ever do that again” I whispered
“ I won’t I don’t want to loose you” He kissed my scalp
“Same goes to you” I grinned
“I can feel your grin you know?”
“I can feel your heartbeat”
“Ok ok you win”
 
I looked at him
“I really want to kiss you know” he whispered
“Then do it”
“No it wouldn’t be right don’t you think?”
“Maybe you should just stop thinking” I grabbed his neck and brought his head down to my level.
“see its this easy” I whispered and seconds later I felt his lips on mine.
Just then I noticed I haven’t brushed my teeth yet and It must be disgusting but he didn’t seem to care or he wouldn’t kiss me like that.
My stomach tingled and I smiled at that feeling.
It felt amazing.
“God I love this” Kai leaned his forehead on mine
“what do you love?”
“This. Us.”
“good because I don’t want you to leave ever again. The hour without you felt like the worst”
“Well then” he walked away
“Kai?” I couldn’t see where he was. The living room turned dark “What are you doing?” I half laughed half kinda afraid asked.
I saw him walking back from the kitchen with one Candle in his hand.
“Whaa?” I laughed
“Don’t judge I only found one but that’s not important”
I furrowed my brows.
What exactly does he think he’s doing?
He put the candle on the small table near the sofa and took my hand to sit down next to him but looking at him.
“Elizabeth Payne will you do me the honor and be my Girlfriend?”
“I- Uhmm whaaaaaaaat?”
“For gods sake just say yes you dumb ass”
“Kai Lukas Havertz Yes. Yes I will be your girlfriend”
He smiled and took my head in his hand and kissed me again.
“is it weird we haven’t been on a date?” He asked me
“Ach don’t worry we have so much more time for that now”
“what does Ach mean?”
“Oh in German we use it kinda for everything but I mostly use it for the word Nah in English”
“good to know” he smiled
“Can I go back to sleep now?” I yawned.
“Ofc”
I smiled.
“Hey do I have to be jealous you smiled wider for going back to bed than for me?”
“You’ll get used to it” I kissed his forehead as I got up grabbed my blanket and walked to my room on the doorway I stopped. “Havertz?”
“yeah?”
“are you gonna stay on the couch or come to my cozy bed?”
I heard him standing up and blowing out the candle.
“Thought so” I smiled walking to my bed.
“Wait for me” I heard Kai run in the room and saw him jump on the bed
“Hey!” I squeaked “you almost killed me!”
“No I didn’t I knew Exactly I wouldn’t smash you”
“whoohooo?” I laughed
“Oh my your difficult to deal with”
I showed him my tongue “you wanted this…. Deal with it” I snuggled on his chest
“ahhhh and you’re clingy  too?” He teased
“If you don’t stop I’ll kick you out of the bed later”
“Alright alright Goodnight my beautiful Girlfriend”
“Goodnight my incredible Boyfriend”
