I sat in Solas's leather chair and sighed as I ran my fingers over the odd feeling chair. I remembered how he'd get angry when I wouldn't get out of it... heh... I felt my eyes water up but I held back the tears. The way he would playfully threaten to make tea and pour the nasty stuff down my throat.... He hated tea, and I quote, "absolutely detested the stuff." I softly bit my lip as the tears forced themselves out of my eyes. He's gone and I'm not getting him back... Leliana's people looked all over Thedes, all over THEDES FOR THE DREAD WOLF'S SAKE*!!!!! Yet, there is no trace of him anywhere, it's as if he disappeared.... I groan and run my fingertips over the surface of the table and gaze up at the wall, seeing the beautiful murals. Knowing that these are the last things I had of him is painful. I want him, I need him. It feels like I could reach out and grab him, but I can't. He's not here. I snap out of my thoughts when I feel the cold wall under my hands. I study the painting, A wolf... it looks unfinished and rushed. I traced the lines and sighed, closed my eyes and imagined Solas standing here, relaxed and flicking his wrist to create this masterpiece. I reopened my eyes and stared at it for the longest time, for eternity, perhaps. Why did he just outright leave? Why did he end it? Does he love me? Did he ever love me? I sighed, because I knew none of the answers. I will find him. No matter what. I'll find out the answers. I heard the door creak open from behind me. I sighed, not really wanting company at this time. I softly grunted and turned around to shoo them away. I saw who it was and my jaw landed somewhere in the Deep Roads. There he was. I could reach out and touch him, and I can. He's right here. "Solas?" I whispered high enough for him to here. I saw a smile on his face, Solas' face. He was back.
