Cupid's Armor ~Cassandra x Reader~

I leaned in closer to Cassandra, my eyes must be tricking me. Have to be. "What are you doing?" She asked me, looking at me staring at her shoulder. "Looking." I answered. My eyes haven't deceived me. There were little hearts on her armor. Hearts. That's so unlike her! "Looking at what?" She said in an annoyed tone. "Your armor." I said as if it was obvious, which it was. "What is on my armor that has you staring?" She said through gritted teeth. "Hearts." I said then ran my hand over the small hearts.

"What's so big about hearts!?!?!?"

"They don't seem to fit you... though I know you like love."

"I do not."

"Swords and Shields."

"You little..."

"It must be Cupid's armor..." I interrupted her.

She sighed, "What makes you say something stupid like that?"

"I'm in love."

She sighed again. Then she pushed me away from her shoulder. "With who?" She said angrily, sounding like she was gonna pummel the person who I liked. Though, she can't really pummel herself.... "it's not obvious?" I said. "Shut up and tell me who." Cassandra glared as she spoke.
"Well, they have short black hair and awesome cheek bones. They have two scars on their face, though it doesn't make them less beautiful, it actually makes them gorgeous. Their body is a masterpiece of the Maker. They also seem mean incapable of love, but deep down they are a nice, kind, caring hopeless romantic that I've fallen deeply in love with."

I looked at her with a smile, then she grabbed the collar of my shirt and pulled me close to her face. "Who!?" She yelled and I was a bit scared but laughed, I should have mentioned that they were blind as a Nug to my love. "Cassandra, you really don't know?" I said, still laughing slightly.

"I REALLY, REALLY DON'T KNOW SO TELL ME OR I'LL BEAT YOU AFTER I BEAT THEM!!!!!!!!"

"It's you, silly arse."

"....what?"

"Y-o-u. Yoooouuuuu. Cassandra Pentaghast."

"Oh... so that's why you called it Cupid's armor... because it's on me..." she dropped me with that and facepalmed. I giggled and removed her hand off of her face then kissed her softly. "I swear, you're so oblivious sometimes." I said. "I know." She said back then gave me a kiss. I smiled, I finally had the girl that had my heart on her armor...
