Evangeline sat in her room with her knees up against her chest. She couldn't think about school work as she heard the news of what is about to happen. What gets it, they don't know when she will pass. Klaus arrived causing her to look up. "Are you still..."

"I shouldn't have been upset." He tells her. "I can't lose you, Eve and knowing that I have a chance to save you."

Evangeline looked at him as she knew what he was going to do before she dies. He was going to turn her. Klaus watched as she got out of bed and walked over to him just to kiss him. He brought her in as she started to take his pants off. "Are you sure?' Klaus asked her.

"I want to do everything human as possible." She tells him. "Being with you."

Klaus nodded as he kissed her without any more questions. Eve smiled as this was what she wanted with him. Everything that a human does, she wants to experience before she is turned.

Its been a week since Evangeline and Klaus slept together. Klaus was making everything much human for her before she's turned. Alice has been watching, but nothing of her dying yet was shown. Eve walked through the halls with her paper work looking through them as she had something to turn in. "Eve." She turned to see Jasper. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah." She replies. "I'm searching for my paperwork for my next class is all."

Jasper nodded as he saw her walk to her cousin. She looks slightly pale today causing him to call Klaus. "Klaus, I think you need to come and get Eve. She's not like herself."

Alice stood beside Jasper as they watched Eve walk away from Bella as she was talking about her plan in confronting Edward, if he was back. Eve stopped as she held her chest. "I hate this." She tells Bella. "All I wanted was to be healthy, but now, I guess that isn't going to work anytime soon."

"Maybe you should call Klaus to come get you."

Evangeline nodded as she had to do just that. As soon as she pulled her phone out, there was Klaus walking in. "Klaus?" She said as he went over to her. "What's wrong?'

"I got a call. Are you needing to go home?"

Eve nodded as she turned and hugged her cousin. "I'm sorry, Bella."

"It's fine, your not feeling good and I think you need to go home and rest."

Klaus looked at his mate as she nodded. Her classes were almost over, but she didn't think she was going to make it to that class. Klaus picked her up and carried her off. "You'll be staying at mine tonight so I can keep an eye on you."

Evangeline was sound asleep on Klaus' chest. Rosalie walked in making him shake his head. "I don't want to know what he did or what he caused." He said. "I don't have time for anyone's drama. I have enough on my plate worrying about my mate."

"Klaus..."

"Rosalie, I told you once and I will tell you again. Evangeline Swan is my main priority, my main focus. I don't have the time to argue with Edward when my mate can pass away anytime and I'm not missing my chance in turning her." He says. "I can't lose her, Rose and you all are going to have to leave me out of what is happening." Klaus looked at his sleeping mate and smiled. "She's all I care about."

Rosalie nodded as she could tell he couldn't lose Evangeline Swan. Klaus watched as his sister left and looked down at Evangeline as she was still asleep. He kissed her head as he laid down to get comfortable. Everything was about her and that is how it would be for Klaus. He won't lose her and that is a promise he is willing to make.
