Evangeline smiled as she was reading her book. Charlie walked in and sighed. "Sweetie, they reopened Bobby's case."

Looking up, Eve had one thing to say. "Why? Mom said that there was only blood. No body."

"Yes, but the blood wasn't his. It was another person who your mother was having an affair with." Charlie says sitting down on the steps beside her. "I know this is all confusing, but we will have our answers as to what really happened to your father."

Eve hugged her uncle as this could give her answers that she's been wanting to know. Where was her father and why was he never found? Hearing a car pull up, the uncle and niece looked up to see Klaus pulling in. "Uncle Charlie, is there anything I can do to help find out what happened to dad?"

"You can help by starting from the beginning." He says. "Evangeline, you are the witness, but they couldn't ask you questions as you were just a child."

"So all I have to do is remember if I saw anything." He nodded as Klaus walked over. "Can I go home? Back to my childhood home."

"If that helps you remember anything, then you can go."

"Where did she live before Forks?" Klaus asked.

"She always lived here. Her house is located in the woods." He says. "Bobby loved hunting so he built a house for him and Clancy."

"I'll take her there."

"Thank you, Klaus."

Arriving at the old house that Eve used to live in. "I don't remember much of this house."

"Hey, we will find out what happened to your father."

Eve got out walked to the front of the car causing her to take Klaus's hand. A memory flashed causing Klaus to look at her. She didn't say anything as she made her way to the door that was wide opened. They walked in causing Eve to see herself when she was little. Klaus was shocked at the gift Eve possessed. "You're projecting your childhood memory."

"Just of this place." She says. "I never thought of anything so hard till now."

They heard a scream and saw the little Eve run to the kitchen to see her father getting stabbed, but what got it was that he slit the person's throat. "It's the guy that tried to kill your father."

"But where did he run too." She says.

"That's something we may never know." He says. "Come, you have school and tomorrow Eleazar will be here with a friend of his. He was turned a few years back."

"Okay." She says. "Let's go."

Klaus looked at her as she walked to the car causing him to appear in front of her. He leaned in and kissed her causing her to look at him. "Forget school."

"Better idea."

Klaus held her against the tree causing her to rip his shirt off because of what they were going to do before going back home.
