Just Mice in Love - Mikey Way x Chuck E Cheese

||Chapter 5||

It had been a week since Mikey had first seen Chuck and he had been going to visit him in secret. He would visit him in the back of the Chuck E Cheese and Chuck would flirt and they would make out for a little bit.

Mikey was going to the front door to go to Chuck E Cheese during the day because no one was home- or so he thought.

"Where are you going?" Mikey jumped and turned around to see Gerard.

"Gonna go to the store? I need some snacks." Mikey said quickly, hoping that was good enough to get him out.

"OK. And have you been going out to get snacks at midnight every night for the past week as well?" Gerard asked, his hand on his hip. He looked like a mom and it was very scary.

"Uh-" Mikey began to say but he was cut off.

"Exactly," Gerard looked upset but his face faltered and a little bit of sadness showed. "So, where are you going? You will not go anywhere until I know exactly where you have been running off to."

Mikey had said that he had been running off to some lake to chill and just think. It was very peaceful. He hoped that was enough of a story for Gerard to get off of his back.

"But I actually want snacks today." He quickly lied. Gerard nodded and went into the kitchen.

Mikey quickly walked out the front door. He made his way to the Chuck E Cheese and walked towards the back.

Mikey was heading back to his house, not realizing how long he has been gone. He knew Gerard would be pissed because he was gone for so long.

He hesitantly opened the front door and quickly walked up to his room. He was not expecting Gerard to be there.

"Mikey, what is this?" Gerard asked as he pointed to his notebook that he was using as a sort of diary. Mikey knew for a fact that he had read to his section about Chuck.

"It's uh- it's nothing." Mikey went to grab it but Gerard moved it away from him.

"No, it's something," Gerard said. "We are gonna talk about this later with Ray." Then he just walked out, the door shutting loudly behind him.

Mikey sat on his bed. Talking about it with Ray was like talking to your mom after your dad got you in trouble.

He laid down on his bed and just went to sleep. He did not want to talk about this with anyone.
