As oscar was flying over the clouds he could feel his strength fading when wasn't used to flying without his broom as he started to descend from the clouds and the only one who could actually see him was moon.
Moon: hey that's Oscar..*gasp*..he looks in pretty bad shape (sees Oscar falling from the clouds)...oh no
As the sun started to come up and without any hesitation the moon used a cloud to catch Oscar and place him on top of a hill inside a town called....Heartforde.
Moon: hey sun good morning

Later in the morning we see hedgehog getting up and dressed as she heard a knock at the door

She opens the door only to be knocked out
Alice All right let's go.
Later on in front of Susie's cabin hedgehog wakes up
Betsy We're all going to Heartforde today. It's the only normal, non-magical town on the island. But it has a lot of rare ingredients and nice merch as well.
Susie opens the door while reading a newspaper
Susie Wow, my stocks are doing really well. Mama's going to buy a new pair of...Yah! What's happening?! What's going on?
Betsy Susie, it's Heartforde day.

As they walked in to the area they seen tents with excessive merchandise and magical wear and even witches.....wait WITCHES there's a frog and crocodile witch shopping along with some others

This caught the attention of the witches but they just casually waved at them and walked off to a tent and so they walked off to adventure through the town.
Elsewhere in Heartforde
Oscar wakes up on top of a hill
Oscar (Groans) oh my head...where am...I wait I know this soft shade of gum gum grass am I...(looks up)

As he slowly stands he winced in pain from his adventure
Oscar ha I get to see everyone again I'm so...(flashback to see him burying Ramona) happy oh no...(flashback to his broom being broken) where am I..nevertheless seen this part of the island before
He loges down the hill and sees a small town called
Oscar This is...(gasps with excitement) HEARTFORDE!
The way he said it echoed through the town all the way to the main entrance where the campers came from
It caused most of the monsters and campers to turn around as it caught them off guard as Betsy said

Random Merchant Who in the hullabaloo is Oscar
Back with Oscar was walking through the town exploring its up and down all the way till he found a crocodile witch and a frog witch as soon as they catch eyes...oscar pulled out his staff and pointed it at them
Maybe you should put thing away elephant or our friends will deal with you (she points to the group behind him)
Oscar saw the group and smiled at them as his fur grew and his teeth grew sharper and so did his tail
Monster Oscar whoa shall we get started then.

He said as he roared at them
There was a leaf that blew by and then they attacked him but as soon as they were close to him
(SFX: Thump)
All of them fell to the ground as oscar just stood there as he reverted to his normal appearance
Oscar *panting* what *pants* in the-
He said as he took three steps forward his vision becomes blurry as he blinked once he they're stood familiar figure and it looked like...Susie...he blinked another time and two more appeared he then blinked one more to see a whole lot more... As he weakly raised his arm up and tried to reach out to them.
Susie go to sleep oscar
he blinked one last time and fell into Susie's arms and mumbled
Oscar I'm...sorry for..ra....mona
That hit Susie deep
Later on outside of oscar's cabin everyone was gathering around it for the evening
Oliver Is Oscar okay
Susie I dunno know just go to your spot Oliver we need to go ahead and start
He did what he was told
Betsy is everyone ready.
Alice yeah I think so
Susie great now let's get started. Everyone he's gonna wake up at any moment now...3...2...1
All the inhabitants of the island calmly starts singing oscar's song

They all started to cry unknown to them a certain elephant boy was awoken by their tears causing him to bust through his rough landing on his feet in front of them
Oscar who touched my campers
All Oscar (in a cheer!)
All of them rushed onto him like a giant group hug
