Her POV
As soon as I got home I went straight into the shower and washed my hair.
I wrapped a towel around me after getting out and then dried my hair and put some light curls in it before I made my way to my wardrobe where I picked out an outfit and threw it on before taking some photos,
I then sat down on the sofa and watching tv.
I watched an episode of modern family when I heard a knock on the door so made my way over and opened it to see Tom,
"H-hey!"He said
"Hi umm do you want to come in?"I asked him
"I thought we could go out!"he said
"Ok I'll just grab my bag!"I said abs grabbed it before we walked out.
"Y-you look amazing by the way!"Tom said and I blushed
"Thank you!"I replied and smiled at him as we walked down to his car and got in.
We talked the whole car ride just general chitchat and then he pulled up to a car park next to the beach and no one else was there.
We got out the car and he grabbed my hand interlocking our fingers as walking onto the beach,
It was now dark out so the beach had a different feel to it a calming one.
We found a spot and sat down and I just looked around we weren't talking but it wasn't awkward his arm was around my wait pulling me close as I gazed ahead when I said,
"Tom..."
"Yea?!"he replied
"I think we should talk!"I said rather nervously
"Yea I guess..."he said
"You don't seem to happy bout that!"I joked laughing a little when I felt hands on my face and he pulled me into a soft gentle kiss that's was still passionate then he pulled away with tears in his eyes and said,
"Because I know what's gonna happen...and I can't hear that from you it's going to kill me...before you say anything I really like you like really like you-and I know that I'm your professor but there's only a 3 year age gap and it never has felt weird around you...I just...I know what your gonna say and it's going to rip my heart out of my chest so can we just stay here just for now?!"Tom said and
I was so shocked I mean he liked me like actually like me ME?
I don't know what he thought I was going to say but as I looked at him he had tears forming in his eyes so I just placed my head on his shoulder looking out and he placed his on top of mine and whispered,
"Thank you!"I felt a tear fall onto my head and I was so shocked how he thought this was over I would never do that to him.
We stayed there for a while before I said,
"Tom.."I looked at him and his tearful eyes,
"Please don't-"I cut him off my holding his face and saying
"Tom I don't care about the Professor thing as you said It's never felt weird even now it doesn't and I'm fine with the three years and I mean-"I took a deep breath
"I have never felt this way about someone...I've tried not to but I can't I really like you and well I don't know how to do that because I really like you..."I said then looked at him and he just sat there shocked until I pulled him in and our lips connected.
"Really?"he asked pulling away and I smiled and said,
"Yea...you can't get rid of me that easy!"I joked and he laughed before placing his hands on my cheeks and kissed me again.
The we sat there for a while and I smiled as my head was on his shoulder and his arm was around me when he said,
"Do you want to get some food?"he asked and I laughed before looking at him,
"Yes I'm so hungry!"He laughed then stood up and gave me his hand and pulled me up and said,
"Right so Mc-"I cut him off
"McDonald's!"he laughed before we made our way to McDonald's and got some food,
"So are you a nuggets or burger guy?"I asked and he laughed
"What?"he asked laughing
"Are you a nuggets or burger guy?"I asked again laughing too
"Definitely burger!"he replied and we laughed the drive through in his car and ordered the food,
His POV
We drove up to the window to pay and collect it and it was a woman who was blonde as she smiled at me before saying,
"So what you doing tonight...?"She asked and leaned forward in a flirtatious way while handing my food and stoking my arm which I snatched away.
"Here!"I gave her my card to pay
"Oh Mr...Holland!"She said And I grabbed my card back but she started stroking my arm
"You never answered my question..."she said
"I'm staying with my girlfriend!"I replied glaring at her,
"Oh I don't see her!"she replied
"Now you do!"y/n said and leaned in propping herself up on my leg.
"Why you with her...you could do so much better!"she said and I started to get bad and I could feel y/n get awkward so I placed my hands on y/Ns face and pulled her into a kiss and it was very passionate,
We hadn't kissed like that it was very passionate and I made sure there was visible tongue so the girl could see and I heard her huff and y/n stuck her middle finger up at hurt while we were kissing and I started to drive away as she pulled away from me and I parked up into a spot and said,
"Hey why'd you stop?"I asked with a slight smirk slight smile and she leaned in again and kissed me before she pulled away and said,
"Better?!"she said
"No..."I replied and she said
"Tuff shit cuz I'm hungry so..."she laughed and so did I as she pulled out her nuggets.
We talked and laughed the whole time as we ate our food and she was so pretty even when just eating food and laughing.
Her smile and laugh made me smile and laugh and god I really liked her.
We finished and y/n held the rubbish and I slowly drove past the bin so she could just lean and out put it in which we did then celebrated on the drive home and I glanced at her as she looked out the window.
Her POV
I watched the building go past and I smiled at the thought of the amazing night we just had then I turned to look at Tom and I observed him as he drove when he looked at me and smiled before pulling up to my apartment building and he got out and opened my door,
"Thank you!"I said and he placed his arm over me as we walked up to my apartment and I placed my head on his shoulder and smiled.
We arrived at my door and I turned to look at him and he said,
"So would you want to go on a second date?"
I raised and eyebrow before saying
"I didn't know this was a first date!"he smiled before placing his hands onto my face once more and pulled me in so our lips tangled together and we slowly pulled away and I said,
"I'd love too!"he smiled and I walked into my apartment with a smile so big.
