Shadow and Sally

[Scene: Robotropolis, night.]
[The sky is dark-red. A Hover Unit flies by. Elsewhere in Robotropolis, Shadow, Sally Acorn and Bunnie Rabbot are standing in a fog, which causes Bunnie to cough.]
Bunnie: Oh! Don't you just love all this fresh air?
Shadow: Yeah, about as much as I love Robuttnik.
[Sally works on NICOLE while Bunnie rummages through Shadow's backpack.]
Sally: Arm cannisters, NICOLE.
NICOLE: Arming, Sally.
[Bunnie places a cannister in Shadow's backpack, which already has 3. They all light up.]
NICOLE: Cannisters armed.
Bunnie: You're all loaded, Shadow.
Shadow:Thanks Bunny.
[Shadow, Sally and Bunnie look at their watches and put their arms out, activating a timer together.]
Shadow: Okay, meet you at the usual. If anybody's late, run back to Knothole.okay?
Bunnie and Sally: Okay.
[Bunnie runs off.]
Bunnie: Good luck, y'all!
Shadow and Sally: Let's do it, to it.
[They give a thumbs up.]
[Scene change: Swat-bot factory, night.]
[Swat-bots guard an immense entrance. Crane machinery is moving inside. Nearby, behind a pile of scrap metal, Shadow does some sleuthing. The Swat-bots are accompanied by security
cameras at the entrance.]
Shadow:Hmph. Cant get in that way. Gotta find another way in.
[Shadow looks around and sees a large ship entering a port at the top of the factory. Shadow summation a chaos spear and throws it at the security camera, destroying it. The Swat-bots
notice and vacate the entrance to investigate, giving Shadow time to enter the area.]
Shadow: Time to go!
[Shadow runs up the side of the building beside the entrance and enters the port, which is full of garbage. He stops as he hits an edge and looks down at a vat of a hot liquid. Another ship
comes and pushes the garbage further into the port and toward the edge.]
[The scrap metal pushes Shadow with it as parts of the scrap pile fall into the vat of hot liquid.]
Shadow: I'm outta here!
[Before Shadow falls over the edge, he jumps at a bucket that is hanging over the vat, hanging onto a rope suspending it. A crane, which is holding the bucket and rope, moves aside with Shadow in tow. Below, Shadow sees a conveyor belt assembly line for Swatbots.]
[Scene change: Robotropolis, night]
[Bunnie stops running at a red panel. She looks around and sees a Hover Unit approach. She ducks, but the Hover Unit computer in the shuttle detects her.]
Swat-bot: Alert, Alert. Organic lifeform detected.
[The Swatbot slaps the control panel.]
Swatbot: Don't bother. Substation electricity interferes with heat sensor. Ignore.
[The Hover Unit continues on as Bunnie stands up and looks. She runs back to the red panel, ripping it open with her roboticized arm. She looks back at her watch.]
Bunnie: 19...18...17...
[Scene change: Swat-bot factory, night.]
[Shadow switches ropes and slides to the ground. He rushes aside to cover as a yellow Swat-bot passes by. He looks at his watch.]
Shadow: 8...7...6...
[Scene change: Robotropolis, night]
[Outside, Sally looks at her watch as well as a Hover Unit flies behind her.]
Sally: 5...4...3...
[Scene change: Robotropolis, night]
[Bunnie is holding onto a switch in the panel.]
Bunnie: 2...1...Bingo!
[Bunnie pulls down the switch.]
[Scene change: Swat-bot factory, night.]
[The Swatbot factory is shutting down. In the factory, Shadow treads slowly, then pulling out two of the cannisters, which are beeping. He puts them down.]
Shadow: Time to go!
[Shadow charges up and rushes away.]
[Scene change: Robotropolis, night]
[Outside, Sally, using the holographic map of Robotropolis in NICOLE watches Shadow's progress.]
Sally: Come on Shadow...get outta there.
[The Hover Unit approaches behind Sally and fires a laser at her. She gasps as it narrowly misses her, packing up NICOLE and running away.]
Scene change: Swat-bot factory, night.]
[Shadow runs away as two yellow Swat-bots chase after him, firing lasers. Shadow eludes them by going a level above.]
Shadow: Swat-bots,Come and get me!
[Holding up a bucket of scrap metal by a rope, Shadow lets go, dropping the metal on the bots, trapping them. He jumps down beside the pile of scrap he made and dashes off, dropping a
cannister behind him. More yellow Swat-bots arrive and fire on Shadow as he tries to elude them through various quick movements. He stops as he sees more yellow Swat-bots approaching from ahead, he goes back but is stopped by Swat-bots, he returns ahead and
stops.]
Shadow: Whoa! Theres getting to many!
[Shadow looks around and tries to dash ahead, but stops before hitting a Hover Unit. He jumps upwards as the Swatbot from behind fires a missile, causing the Hover Units to jump aside to miss it. As Shadow falls back down, he sees the missile returning and dashes back. He takes out a power ring.]
Shadow: Lookes like I need a power ring!
[Just as the missile approaches Shadow, the power ring makes him increase his speed exponentially, leaving a trail of fire. He escapes the factory at high speed as Sally watches on.
She takes out NICOLE.]
Sally: NICOLE, prepare for...
Swat-bot: Raise your hands, prisoner.
[Two Swatbots aim their weapons at Sally.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village, night.]
[Bunnie arrives through the slide chute and lands in a pile of hay. She shakes the excess hay off and grabs her head.]
Bunnie: Whoo-whee, I feel like I've been dragged through a knothole...so to speak.
Rotor: Hey, did you guys nail a Swat-bot factory?
[Rotor and Antoine are standing beside the large hay stack that Bunnie landed in.]
Bunnie: Well, honey, I don't know.
[She slides down to beside the duo.]
Bunnie: I had to make a very unladylike retreat.
[Antoine helps her off the ground.]
Bunnie: Thanks, sugar.
[He pulls too hard, pulling her robotic arm off.]
Bunnie: Oh! Oh my stars! I'm just falling apart!
Rotor: [looks around] Where's Shadow and Sally?
Bunnie: Well the last time I saw, they were…
Shadow: Im here!
[Shadow arrives through the chute in a Spin Dash. Everybody runs away as he lands in the hay stack, causing it to fall apart.]
Shadow: It was a success.
[Bunnie, Rotor and Antoine brush off the hay on their bodies from Shadow's fall into the stack,Bunnie has her robotic arm back. Shadow looks around.]
Shadow: Where's Sally?
Bunnie: She wasn't at the meeting place, so I came on back.
Shadow: I gotta go back! What if shes been captuered!?
As Shadow charges up, Bunnie grabs his arm.]
Bunnie: Shadow, wait! You need the Power Ring.
Shadow: We dont have that kind of time! Every second wasted is shes getting closer to get robotized and I cant lose more people I care about!
Rotor: We know but youll need a power ring if youre going to take out all the swat-bots.
[Shadow paused and relized there right
Shadow: [sigh] Fine.
[Scene change: Robotropolis, night.]
[A thunderstorm has started as thunder is heard. A lightning bolt strikes near Robotnik's lair.]
Robotnik: I know the hedgehog will come for you, dear girl...
[Sally is in a glass prison tube with a metallic copy beside her in Robotnik's control room.
Robotnik is sitting in his chair with Cluck.]
Robotnik: ...and when he does, I have a surprise.
Snively: Here it is, Dr. Robotnik, enough memory to duplicate Human complexity.
[Snively holds up a chip.]
Robotnik: Excellent, Snively. Install it.
[Snively opens up a panel in the back of the robot (Sallybot) and installs the chip. A display near
Sally's prison activates, showing Robotnik.]
Robotnik: I don't suppose you'd tell me the location of Knothole?
Sally: Suure, I will. When you get a life!
[Robotnik presses a series of buttons on his chair. The Sallybot is active and growling, then speaks in Sally's voice.]
Sallybot: "When you get a life!"
[Sally gasps at hearing her own voice. Snively presses a button on Sallybot and it starts walking forward into a tube similar to Sally's. Sally gasps in fear as a scan occurs around her body. The Sallybot suddenly lights up and takes the same form as Sally. They both look at each other.]
Sally: Shadow is too smart to be fooled by a robot.
[Robotnik is viewing Sally from a monitor on his chair.]
Sally: Even a good one.
Robotnik: Oh, but we're not finished, Princess. We need to add your spark of personality.
[Robotnik presses another button on his chair as the glass tube ascents and a halo of purple
energy surrounds Sally's head. A halo of purple energy also surrounds Sallybot's head.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village, day.]
[Shadow, Tails and Rotor are standing at the edge of a pond, Shadow walking around impatiently as Tails and Rotor look into the pond. Shadow walks up to the two and taps his feet on the ground.]
Shadow: That's it! I'm outta here!
[Shadow charges up, but Rotor grabs him before he can leave. He holds him off the ground so he cannot leave.]
Rotor: Wait, Shadow! You can't go without a ring.
Shadow: Sally's in trouble, and I'm going, ring or no ring!
Tails: Shadow! A ring's coming!
[Tails points at the pond as Rotor lets go of Shadow. He walks over and looks, patting his feet on the ground.]
Shadow:Finally.
[The water bubbles slightly as a ring ascends from the water. Tails jumps on an old log over the pond and snatches it.]
Tails: I got it!
[Tails loses his grip on the log and falls, but Rotor catches him before he hits the water. Shadow grabs the ring from Tails.]
Shadow: Gotta hurry!
[Shadow charges up, and falls. He tries again and dashes away, causing Tails and Rotor to fall over in his wake.]
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[A Hover Unit flies by. Shadow, hiding behind some scrap metal, pops out. He looks aside as he hears some mechanical whirring, and sees a security camera right beside him. He charges and chaos spare and destroys it.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
Robotnik: Activate all exterior hedgehog traps.
Snively: But I thought you 'wanted' him to get in?
Robotnik: Yeees, but we can't make it too easy.
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[Shadow is dashing away as a Hover Unit fires its laser at him. He enters a narrow alley, but ends up at a dead-end. He turns around to see the Hover Unit approaching, still firing at him.
Shadow panics and dashes up the wall. The Hover Unit cannot react in time and slams into the
wall, destroying it. Shadow continues dashing up a building, which is equipped with security cameras.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
[As Shadow enters a hatch into the building, Robotnik watches on. He turns to the monitor on
his chair and calls up Snively.]
Robotnik: Recall off Swat-bots. Let the hedgehog in.
[Scene change: Robotnik's lair.]
[Shadow exits a floor hatch into a large corridor in the lair.]
Shadow: The door is open? Theres something not right about this. Better keep my guard up.
[Shadow dashes down the corridor, passing by a monitor with Sally on it. He goes back and
looks at the monitor.]
Shadow: Sal!
[Shadow continues on with determination. He ends up at a ramp, which takes him down to the
jail area. He stops at a corner as he sees two Swat-bots on guard. He turns aside and presses a button, which opens up a glass door with a cup of water in it. He takes the cup and spills the water on the ground. He goes back to the corner and takes the cup, using it to sound like
Robotnik.]
Shadow: Attention Swat-bots, this is Dr. Robotnik, report to the ward room immediately.
[The Swat-bots fall for the trick and leave the area. After they leave, he dashes over and finds Sally in a cell.]
Shadow: Saly, we're leaving!
[Shadow walks over to the control panel for the cell. He takes out the cup again to impersonate Robotnik.]
Shadow: Open cell number 54.
Computer: Voice print approved. Hand-print necessary for certification.
Shadow: Open up this cell or I'll rip out your electronic brain!
Computer: Certification unnecessary. You are Robotnik.
[The cell door opens and Sallybot runs out, hugging Shadow. They both dash out.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
[Robotnik watches the scene from surveillance.]
Robotnik: Ah, true love. Hurry home little hedgehog, hurry home.
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[Shadow is carrying Sallybot away to safety.]
Shadow: Hang tight, Sally.
[Shadow and Sallybot reach an abandoned building and stop. He looks outside a window and ducks with Sallybot as a Hover Unit flies by.]
Shadow: You okay?
Sally: Fine.
[She sits close to him and grasps his arm.]
Sallybot: Coming back to rescue me was very brave, Shadow.
[Shadow sits for a second, thinking of what she said, then stands up.]
Shadow: Hey Its no problem.
[Still grasping his arm, Sallybot pulls Shadow toward her and kisses him on the cheek. He
smiles and takes her to continue on. Continuing through Robotropolis, a Hover Unit discovers them and enters a pursuit.]
Shadow: Hang on, Sally.
[Shadow reaches into his backpack and takes out a Power Ring. Holding it up, just as the Hover Unit swoops down to catch them, he speeds up.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
Robotnik: Yes, hedgehog, the faster, the better!
[Robotnik presses a button on his chair that brings up Snively on one of the main displays.]
Snively: Ready to roboticize, sir.
Robotnik: Activate!
Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[Sally is back in her glass prison tube, with Snively at a long console with Robotnik on the
monitor. Snively activates the roboticizer, which lights up numerous purple halos around Sally.]
Robotnik: Tomorrow, Knothole will be a wasteland and all the Freedom Fighters, my loyal
servants.
[Robotnik's display deactivates suddenly as Cluck clucks.]
Robotnik: What is this? Snively?!
[In Snively's area, many of the electronics are sparking.]
Snively: The system's overloaded, sir, I better turn off the...
[Snively's console explodes, forcing him away, while Sally tries to escape from the tube. He coughs from the smoke. Robotnik's displays are still not working.]
Snively: The video is gone, sir!
Shadow (Communication): Here we are, Sal, home sweet Knothole.
Robotnik: The communication system works, we can still monitor his every move.
[Scene change: Knothole Village, day.]
[A group of Freedom Fighters waits around the hay stack as Shadow and Sallybot fly in.]
Tails: Hi Shadow!
[The group of Freedom Fighters cheer Shadow and Sallybot's return. They both slide down, with Tails running over to Sallybot, hugging her.]
Tails: I missed you Sally!
Sally: Hi Tails!
[Sallybot kisses him a few times on the cheek while Shadow walks away.]
Sallybot: I missed you too.
Tails: How come you didn't do the funny kiss?
[Sallybot looks around, confused, then looks back at Tails.]
Sallybot: Oh, the funny kiss. Of course.
[Sallybot kisses him on the forehead. Tails backs off.]
Tails: Nah, not that one. The funny kiss...on my nose!
Sallybot: Oh! Ah-uh...that funny kiss! Ah...err...
[Sallybot kisses Tails on the nose, which makes him giggle.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village, night.]
[Sallybot enters Tails bedroom while he is lying in bed.]
Sallybot: Tails? It's storytime.
[Tails looks up as Sallybot grabs a book from the table beside his bed.]
Tails: Cool! You read stories really neato Sally!
[Sallybot sits on the edge of the bed and opens the book.]
Sallybot: Once upon a time, there was a giant and he was a...
Tails: Nuh-uh. Remember last night? We started that one.
[Tails points at a book on the other side of the room. She picks it up and returns to the bed.]
Tails: You know, about the princess and the meanie witch. There's where we left off.
[Tails flips the pages to the spot where they ended. Sallybot takes the book.]
Sallybot: Oh, ya now I remember. Okay. The evil witch said pretty you can't escape...
Tails: No, no! That's not the witch! [imitates a witch] So my pretty, you can't escape!
[Sallybot closes the book and clears her throat.]
Sallybot: Um...it's um...it's kinda late. Tails, it's time to go to sleep. Eh, good night.
[Sallybot tosses the book on the bed and walks out of the room. Tails looks on upset.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village, night.]
[Bunnie is working on repairing her arm and talking to Sallybot.]
Bunnie: So then, my doggone arm just fell off. I was so humiliated, I just about popped a bolt!
[Shadow dashes into the area and stops at the two.]
Shadow: Bad news, I've just heard the Swat-bot factory is still online. Sally, what happened?
Sallybot: Um...t-t-the bots caught me before I could detonate!
[Shadow looked suspicious]
Shadow: Then we gotta go back. We leave in the morning, and plan it out.
[Scene change: Roboticization room, night.]
[Sally is still confined to her prison tube. Snively is working at his console, with the main display
still malfunctioning. Sallybot's communication can be heard over speakers.]
Shadow (communication): This time, we light this sucker.
[Robotnik is still watching over Snively's progress on a monitor. He sneers after hearing Shadow.]
Robotnik: Perfect.
[Robotnik laughs manically as Sally turns around, looking at him. She shakes her head in disbelief.]
[Tails is sleeping, but suddenly wakes up and looks out his bedside window. He sees Sallybot walking outside with a broom. She sets it down and her eyes glow red. Tails ducks as she emits
a red halo-like scanner from her eyes and looks around the area. She stops and Tails looks back out, gasping at what he saw. She walks away, leaving the broom behind.]
Tails: That's not Sally...'
[Tails returns to his bed and hides under the sheets, shaking in fear.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village, morning.]
[Sallybot is asleep in her bed. Bunnie enters.]
Bunnie: Sally, wake up sugar!
[She wakes up and looks at Bunnie, gasping.]
Sallybot: Bunnie, what's wrong?!
[Outside, Bunnie, Tails and Sally are at a Knothole garden, everything is dead. Bunnie holds up
a dead carrot.]
Bunnie: What in the heck happened?
Sallybot: I-I don't know! This is terrible.
[Bunnie gasps as she picks up a dead carrot. She grasps it, giving an angry look. Tails looks on
in suspicion.]
[Scene change: Knothole Village bridge, day.]
[Shadow, Sallybot, Rotor and Bunnie are walking a bridge over a body of water. They look back
as Tails calls out.]
Tails: Shadow! Wait for me!
Shadow: Hey tails, what's wrong?
Tails: Shadow, I gotta tell you something.
[Tails looks at Sallybot then leans in at Shadow.]
Tails: It's a secret.
[Shadow looks up at Sallybot. Bunnie and Rotor have already walked ahead past the bridge.]
Shadow: Later, Sally.Ill catch up.
[Sallybot continues down the bridge as they continue their conversation.]
Shadow: Okay bud, make it quick. We got a Swat-bot factory to bake.
Tails: That's not Sally!
Shadow: What?!
Tails: She didn't give me the funny kiss, didn't know what story to read, didn't even do the scary witch voice!
Shadow: Tails, ive notest that sally has been acting strange.
Tails: I saw light shining from her eyes, then she went outside and talked to herself, and hereyes turned all red and yucky.
Shadow: Ill keep an eye out.
[Shadow charges up and continues on down the bridge, leaving Tails behind, staring toward
Shadow.]
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[AA Hover Unit discovers the Freedom Fighters and fires on them. They all dash over some
debris.]
Shadow: They're coming back.
[Shadow pulls out some rope and hooks from his backpack.]
Shadow: Get ready.
[Shadow dashes away and twirls an end of the rope around a metal pole. He tosses the hook ends back at the Freedom Fighters and dashes back before the hooks hit the ground. He grabs one while the others grab their own. They twirl them as the Hover Unit returns and fires. As it passes, they throw the hooks at the Hover Unit, attaching them to it. They pull, breaking the bot and causing it to crash.]
Shadow:Nice work, guys!
[Bunnie and Rotor high-five while Sallybot stands aside. He turns around to acknowledge her.]
Rotor: Well, that's our third close one tonight. Come on, we gotta move it.
[They all continue on, with Shadow picking himself up and following. They arrive at an abandoned building with many openings. Shadow and Rotor look outside, but instantly fall back
in as a Hover Unit flies by. They look back outside.]
Rotor: Shadow, this is too weird. It's like the Swat-bots know every move before we make it. Shadow: Yeah...robotnick seem sharper than normal.
[Shadow looks back behind him at Sallybot and walks over to her.]
Shadow: Sally.
[Sallybot looks over to Sahdow with glowing red eyes]
Shadow: Tails was right, you're not Sally! Who are you?
[Shadow walks toward Sallybot, causing her to walk backwards. She is backed to a column. She stays there for a moment, then rushes past Shadow, knocking him down.]
Shadow: Hey!
[Shadow dashes at Sallybot as she fires a laser from her hand, destroying a wall. She runs through the hole in the wall with Shadow in pursuit. He stops as Sallybot fires a laser beam at him. She continues running, stopping every few seconds to fire at him. He still continues on as Sally descends a ramp into a factory. She drops a brown substance onto the ground and hides
behind a column. Shadow dashes in over the substance, which sticks to him, forcing him to a halt. He tries to escape, but the glue won't budge.]
Shadow: Mega Muck!
[Shadow tries to escape again, to no avail. Sallybot emerges from the column and walks over to
Shadow.]
Sallybot: Say goodnight, hedgehog!
[Sallybot sticks her hand out to fire a laser, but Bunnie rushes in and kicks her aside. She walks over to Shadow and, using her robotic arm, pulls Shadow out of the Mega Muck.]
Bunnie: There you go,Shadow!
Shadow:Thanks, Bunnie.
[Sallybot watches from aside and runs out the ramp exit. Shadow leaves Bunnie's grip and charges up.]
[Shadow dashes after Sallybot, who is now outside. She continues to fire lasers, but Shadow is catching up, using the power ring to boost his speed, leaving a trail of fire. He dashes around
Sallybot at an extremely fast speed, causing her to become disoriented and malfunction. Shadow stops as she deactivates. Rotor and Bunnie catch up.]
Rotor: Boy, Robotnik is good. She fooled everybody!
Shadow: Except Tails.
Bunnie: But if that's not Sally, where the heck is she?
Shadow: I don't know.
[Shadow looks at the still-standing deactivated Sallybot.]
Shadow: But I bet this robot can tell us.
[Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[Snively continues to perform his repairs with Robotnik watching on via a monitor. Sally is out of
the tube, but strapped down to a chair.]
Snively: It's ready, sir.
Robotnik: Well, Princess, since the hedgehog destroyed my robot, I'll make an improved model
just like you know who.
Sally:[confuesed] you know who? What do you mean?
Robotnik:Youll see when you see him.
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[Sonic, Rotor and Bunnie look over Sallybot, who is on the ground.]
Sallybot: ...and the bot factory is guarded by 20 security bots and Hover Units.
Shadow: What about the Princess?
Sallybot: She is now being roboticized.
Shadow: What?! No!
Rotor: Shadow, wait a sec.
[Rotor is working on Sallybot, using the panel on its back. Using his wrench, he works on it, then closes the panel.]
Rotor: Surprise for iron-lips.
Sonic: Cool. You guys do the factory, I'll get Sally.
[Bunnie and Rotor run for the factory as Sonic grabs Sallybot, dragging her along as he dashes away.]
[Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[The glass tube drops down towards Sally with Robotnik watching from his monitor. Before it reaches her, the power cuts, stopping it and causing Sally to gasp.]
Robotnik: Oh, now what?!
[Scene change: Robotropolis.]
[Shadow arrives at an air duct with Sally in tow. He looks around and tries to pull the air duct vent
cover off unsuccessfully. He looks down at Sallybot and stands her up.]
Shadow: Torch it.
[Shadow aims Sallybot's hand at the vent cover and she fires a laser at it, cutting along the perimeter.]
[Scene change: Swat-bot factory.]
[Bunnie and Rotor hide behind a pile of scrap metal as a Hover Unit flies out. Rotor throws a rock toward it, causing it to stop and land. A Swat-bot walks out to investigate while the duo look
on. Bunnie takes out a hook and rope, twirling and throwing it at the Swat-bot. It wraps itself around the Swat-bot's legs, causing it to fall. They both board the Hover Unit.]
Bunnie: Let's do it, sugar!
[Rotor activates the Hover Unit and flies away.]
[Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[Snively is working on getting the roboticizer running.]
Snively: Ready, Dr. Robotnik.
[Nearby, at an air duct vent cover, a laser beam appears, cutting around the perimeter of the vent.]
Robotnik: Activate.
[Just as Snively goes to activate the roboticizer, Shadow hops out of the vent with Sallybot.]
Robotnik: Bye-bye, Princess!
[The tube continues on its descent, but an explosion occurs, shaking the area and stopping the tube.]
[Scene change: Swat-bot factory.]
[Robotnik looks around as numerous explosions go off in the factory. Rotor and Bunnie fly over a trash ship, dropping an explosive into its scrap heap. More explosions occur as Robotnik
witnesses the destruction from his control room.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
Robotnik: No!
[Robotnik presses a button on his seat, zooming in on Bunnie and Rotor's Hover Unit.]
Robotnik: Infiltration detected! All units attack!
[Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[Sonic sabotages Snively's workshop, pulling a steam line. Snively looks over to see the issue while Shadow rescues Sally, helping her out of the seat.]
Shadow:Are you okay, Sally?
Sally: Fine, thanks to you!
[Shadow takes Sallybot and puts her on the seat instead.]
Shadow: Let's cruise, I don't like the company here.
[They both leave the building, with Sally closing the entrance door behind her.]
Shadow:[small smile] That was close!
Scene change: Roboticization room.]
[Snively returns to his workstation and finishes activating the roboticizer. The tube drops down entrapping Robo-Sally and lights up, causing it to fritz.]
[Scene change: Robotnik's control room.]
[Robotnik is watching two Hover Units chase after Bunnie and Rotor.]
Robotnik: No! This can't be!
[Robotnik watches as Shadow runs up to the security camera Robotnik is watching, with with Sally in his arms.]
Shadow: You were close Robuttnik, but do something like that again and I wont be so mercyful.
Sally: Have a dreadful day.
[Shadow pulls out a Power Ring and dashes away at high speed. Snively appears on Robotnik's chair monitor.]
Snively: The Princess is roboticized, sir, but there seem to be some glitches.
[Sallybot walks over, pointing at the monitor.]
Robotnik: You fool! Get that out of...
[Sallybot fires a laser at the monitor, destroying it. In her glitched state, she starts firing lasers at random locations. She then turns toward another monitor that is showing Robotnik. She fires at
it as well.]
Scene change: Knothole Village bridge, night.]
[The citizens are carrying Sonic and his pals on their shoulders as they cross the bridge from earlier. Shadow is talking to Bunnie, who is being carried beside her.]
Shado: Thanks for saving my life tonight, Bunny.
Bunnie: Sometimes a metal body comes in handy, but I still have something a robot will never have: a mind and a heart of my own.
[Scene change: Lake of Rings, night.]
[Tails is sitting by himself on an old log.]
Sally: Hi, Tails.
[Tails looks over and sees Sally walking over, but he looks away.]
Sally: It's really me, honest.
[Sally walks closer and sits down on the log beside him. He looks at her, then thinks.]
Sally: Come here, you!
[Sally kisses him on both cheeks, then on the nose.]
Tails: Sally! It's really you!
[Tails jumps at her, giving her a hug. She puts him down and imitates a witch.]
Sally: That it is, my pretty!
[They hug again. Sally pulls away and walk towerads Shadow]
Sally: Shadow can we talk alone?
Shadow:Sure.
[they walked away form the village and stoped.]
Shadow: so What is it?
Sally:[took a deep breath] Well when Robotnik was gonig to robotizes me he said something wired.
Shadow:[couroes] What did he say?
Sally:He said “I'll make an improved model just like you know who.”
Shadow: what does that mean?
Sally:That’s what im wondering. Maybe it someone we knew.
[Shadow then remember the familiar shadow in the episode shadow boom]
Shadow:Now that you mention it. I saw someone familiar on our last mission but im not sure who it is. Who ever it is im sure its robotazsed but how dangerous thats what we need to find
out
[scene change. Robotropolis,Robotnik's control room]
Robotnick[sitting on his thrown] I hate that hedghog! [smirks]He think he defeted me now but
next time there will be a surpries for him.[turns to snivaly] Call in project metal.
Snivaly:Yes sir[run to control pannal.and pressed a few buttons.]
[project metal walks through the door,to Robotnik,and bows before him]
Robotnik:hAhh there you are. I have a mission for you;Patrol the area at all times and if you see the hedgehog ether destroy him or bring him to me.
Metal: As you command,master.
