Sally: That's it. Section 2, module 14.
Shadow and Sally: Let's do it.
Shadow: Hold it, Sally.
Snively: Maximum ferrite field, 95.7 percent robotization factor.
Shadow: Which one controls the old Robotocizer?
Sally: First, we shut down the alarm. That should do it.
Shadow: Should?
Sally: Well he could have a back-up.
Shadow: No, we can handle it.
Sally: The difficult part will be getting into that Robotocizer's software, so that we can deactivate it.
Dr. Robotnik: Snively! The roboticizer is in sabotage mode!
Snively: Go ahead and joke hedgehog, but this time we've got you!
Dr. Robotnik: [smirks]It's time to see what metal can do.
Shadow: What you've got, Snively is just pathic.
Snively: Guess again, rodent. What I have is your worthless hide.
[The hole in the walls opened and gas is starting to fill in]
Sally: *gasp* *cough* The fire extinguishers!
Shadow: What? Hold tight, Sally!Woah!
Sally: Any ideas?
Shadow: The foam!
Shadow and Sally: Woaah!
Shadow: Now let's hope that the hover-pad is still where we left it Waah!
Sally: Shadow! Behind us!
Shadow: Hang on, Sal!
Sally: They're still behind us!
Shadow: There! [He pointed to the exit.]Adios, SWATbots!
Shadow: Hmph.How come they're not shooting at us?
Sally: They're saving us for the Robotocizer.
Shadow: Well it ain't gonna happen. Hang tight.
[Shadow carries Sally bridal style and starts to activate his hoover shoes.]
Sally: Shadow...
Shadow: Hmph I know what I'm doin'. I'm the ultimate life form after all.
Sally: [playful smirks]Ya,we know you and your big ego.
Shadow: [rolls his eyes]Very funny.
Sally: Thank you.
Shadow: Outta the way, SWATbutts!
[Shadow skated past the swat-bots while the bots were shooting lasers.
Sally: That was absolutely crazy and brave, Shadow!
Shadow: Hehee, I am the ultimate lifeform.
Sally: You are impossible!
Shadow:Hpmh. See that subway station anywhere, Sally?
Sally: Yes, there! Shadow![points to nearby tunnel]
Shadow: Hang on!
[They entered the tunnel and came out with total shock. A group of Swat-bots being led by a very familiar figure.]
Sally: Swat-Bots!
[Shadow's eyes widen as he instantly recognized the robot]
Shadow:No. It can't be.
Sally:[Turns to shadow] What is it shadow?
Shadow:[eyes started to tear up,almost ready to cry]Sally...there! That robot is....Sonic!
Sally:[Looks closer and gasps] You're right!
Shadow[cries]After all these years,he's alive but not the way I want him to be. He looks different from the workers bots. Correction i don't think he's a worker bot at all.
Sally: You're right I think he's project metal Robotnik was talking about.
[Shadow starts getting angry that a part of his family is enslaved to be the leader of Robotnik's army]
Shadow:[Angry tears falling] Robotnik will pay for this.[Determined] I've gotta get him out of here!
Sally: Shadow, wait! There's too many SWATbots.
Shadow: I can handle the SWATbots.
Sally: Shadow use your head, it's too risky! We need a plan.
Shadow: You're right.
Sally: Where's the Crystal Mine?
Shadow: I don't have a clue, but we're gonna find out.
[Shadow takes one last look at Sonic before turning away,picking up sally bridal style and running. A few minutes later met up at the meeting place with Bunnie,Rotor,and Antoine.]
Rotor: Shadow! We scoped out Robotnik's junkyard, but we couldn't find any old Robotocizer parts. How'd you guys do?
Sally: Not much better I'm afraid, except that-
Shadow: We found Sonic!
Bunnie: Oh, Shadow, that is so exciting! It's been so long!
Rotor: Yeah, where is he?!
Shadow: Leading swat-bots to the Crystal Mine.
Antoine: Where is dis crystal of mine?
Shadow: That way!
Sally: Well, we'd better start walking.
Rotor: Hey guys! Here's our ride to the mine. Incoming!
[A subway train pulls up]
Antoine: Uh, perhaps it is time to fly!
[Scene change: Outside Crystal mine]
Sally: Ugh, I can't believe this. Robotnik's pollution is everywhere.
Rotor: Man, would I love to turn Robotnik into a can-opener.
Shadow: That makes two of us, Rotor! Keep your eye peeled for Sonic.[sees Sonic leading an
army of swat-bots] There he is! I'll get him!
Sally: Shadow! Be careful.
[Shadow ran to the swatt-bots. Instantly charge up chaos spears and fire at the
swat-bots,destroying them.]
Shadow: Sonic! Sonic, It's me Shadow!
[Metal scans Shadow and remembers Robotnik's orders]
Metal[robotic voice]Shadow.THE.Hedgehog:primary one. Robotnik's orders:take to master or
be destroyed. [runs to Shadow and throws a punch at him]
Shadow:[Doges] Sonic! What are you doin'?!
Sonic: *Growl* Raargh!
[Metal kept throwing punches and kicks;shadow kept doging]
Shadow: It's me, Shadow!
Sonic: Grrrrrr.[throws another punch]
Shadow:[Blocks the punch] Sonic, it's me, Shadow! Don't you remember?
Sonic: Must obey master Robotnik.
Shadow: Bunnie! Grab him!
[Bunnie runs to Sonic and grabs his arms]
Bunnie: Guh! Easy does it Sugar, I won't hurt ya.
Shadow: Get him out of here, Bunnie!
Sonic: *Growl* Must destroy you all. Robotnik commands it.
[Antoine and Sally runs to the others.]
Antoine: Sacrebleu! This is terrible what Robotnik has done to him.
Shadow: Don't worry, Sonic, we'll get you back to normal. Got any ideas, Sally?
Sally: Well, the robotization process is still a big mystery. But maybe...just maybe, we can jog his memory.
Shadow: Yeah,that might work, Sal! [Gets a power ring out of his backpack and puts it on metal's wrist]Sonic,it's me Shadow. You were like a little brother to me, remember?
Sonic:[Robotic red eyes changed to green] ...Shadow, is that you?
Shadow:[smiles wide] Sonic! Yes! I sure missed you!
Sonic: I missed you, too. Still good-lookin' eh Shadow?
Shadow:[rolls his eyes still smiling]
Sonic: Princess Sal! Rotor! Bunnie! Oh, it's great to see you again.
Sally: Welcome back, Sonic.
Rotor: How you doin', Sonic?
Antoine: Hedgehog, bonjour.
Sonic: [chuckles]Bonjour, Antoine.
Shadow:Sonic what happened to you.
[it was silent for a moment. Sonic took a deep breath and spoke up]
Sonic:After I was robotized Robuttnik learned about my speed and decided that I would be perfect for his army. For years i've been upgraded until I became perfect. I became the leader of his army, forced to do things under his control.
Shadow:[shocked]Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry Sonic,I couldn't protect you
Sonic:It's okay Shadow you did your best.
Shadow: Come on, Sonic. We're bailing you out of this dump.
Antoine: Oh, oui oui, yes. The better the sooner.
Sonic: Not yet, Shadow. There's something much more important than me that I need your help on.
Shadow: More important than you? Like what?
Sonic: I'll have to show you. Down in the mine. Bit of a snag here. The elevators are gone until the next shift.
Shadow: Forget the shift, there's always the shaft. Bunnie, waste these doors.
Bunnie: [smriks] My pleasure. Ugh! [punches the doors open]
Sonic: Sweet thinkin', Shadow! Let's get slidin'!
Shadow: Is he the same Sonic or what?
Antoine: [falls]Waaaahhhh!
Shadow: So what are we looking for, Sonic?
Sonic: It's something you gotta see with your own eyes. Ugh! Check it out, Shadow.
[goes to the huge tunnel]
Shadow: Oh man! That is large!
Sonic: Robotnik is mining this Energy Crystal to replace his limited oil supply. They're hostin' it outta here today! We have to stop it!
Bunnie: What'll happen if they do get it out?
Sonic: Removing that active crystal will destroy the whole ecosystem.
Sally: You're right, we do have to stop Robotnik...but how?
Sonic: Only one way: We shut him down here, and at the control center. Sal, that's where you come in.
Sally: Okay, let's do it!
[they walks to a room]
Sally: The control center?
Sonic: Right, that's where you gotta cut the main power circuits. shadow, after you get them, come on back here.[Starts feeling lightheaded]
Shadow: You got it![concern] Sonic, you feeling' okay?
Sonic: Fine. Don't worry about me, we don't have much time.
Shadow: I'm outta here! Get ready for a laser lunch!
[Scene change: Mine control center]
Antoine: Slice of pie, n'est pas?
Rotor: Antoine, it's "a piece of cake."
Antoine: Yes, I'm happy this is so.
[Scene change: Mine]
Sonic: I'll go first.
Shadow: Careful, Sonic! [Sonic shoots all the swat-bots]What's next, Sonic?
Sonic: You're about to meet the most powerful bot of all!
[A robot comes in looking like a dino]
Shadow: Man, that is one serious bot!
Sonic: It's a dino-bot, a deadly planet-devouring machine.
Shadow: I wish the dude was on our side.
Sonic: That's my plan, Shadow! But first we gotta get to its controls inside. Just follow me. See you inside! [gets in from the jaw]
Shadow: Sonic!
Bunnie: Oh my stars, do we have to do that?!
Shadow: No problem, come on!
Bunnie: Oh, I hate this part!
Sonic: Let's go, shadow!
Shadow: Woah! Bunnie, can't you jam its jaws open?!
Bunnie: I'll sure give it a try Sugarhog![punches the jaws open] Come on, move!
Shadow: Alright, Bunnie! Now let's find Sonic!
[Scene change: Mine Control Center]
Sally: The main control panel is just beyond that bot. Rotor, there's a toggle switch on his foot!
Rotor: I'll get him to turn, you flip the switch. Hey! Woah! Sally, hit the switch!
Sally: Got it!
Antoine: Gringo!
Rotor: Antoine, it's "Bingo," not "Gringo!" Let go, tinhead! Woah!
Sally: Rotor, over here!
Shadow: This bot's flipped out Sonic!
Sonic: Let's hope he doesn't clear his throat.
Bunnie: Amen to that. Let me give ya a hand there, Charlie. There ya go.
Sonic: Thanks, Bunnie. Now let's figure out how to control this baby.
Shadow: Control it to do what?
Sonic: To chop suey those cables! Yes, the control board![pushes buttons] Now let's see if dino-bot will work for us.
[they see strange looking machines]
Bunnie: What's that?!
Sonic: The cranes! We gotta work fast. Come on Sally, pick up! Good job, Sal. Now shut down the mine's main circuits.
Sally: Okay, but...I don't see a control panel for the cranes!
Sonic: Must be separate, keep lookin'!
[They looked until sally spoke up]
Sally: Will do...maybe one of these...
Sonic: Now, let's get this T-bot crankin'. Hit it, Bunnie! This T-bot's working for us now!
Bunnie: All right!
Shadow: Sonic! Those cranes are starting to lift the ol' crystal! Large move, shred that sucker!...The claw is down!
Sonic: We'll have to use the laser drill to destroy the crystal!...The crystal absorbed the laser energy! We've got to take out those cables! This is it, we cut it loose now, or Mobius is finished!...[They destroyed the crystal]We did it, shadow!
Shadow and Bunnie: Yes! All right!
Sonic: Now we gotta hook up with the others and get outta here!
Sally: That's it, everything is shut down except for emergency power, let's get back to the elevator!
Sonic: Let's go, let's go!
[They ran to the subway train]
Shadow: There's our ride out of here!... Sonic? What's up? Sonic? [looks at him and sees Sonic on his knees and grabbing his head]Oh man!
Sonic: It's alright Shadow, we saved Mobius. That's the important thing.
Shadow:[runs to Sonic, puts his hand on Sonic's shoulder] We've gotta getcha back to Knothol,youll be safe there.
Sonic: It's too...It's too late, Shadow.
Shadow: Sonic?
Sonic: Shadow promise me that you'll protect our friends and take down Robotnik;once and for all.
Shadow[tears falling] I promise Sonic.
Sonic:[robotic eyes changed back to red] *growl*
Shadow:[tears still falling]Sonic?
Sonic:Must.....[has his blaster pointed at shadow] Must obey. Must obey master Robotnik.
Shadow: No way am I leaving you here!
Sally: Shadow, he's turned back!
Shadow: You've gotta come with me! I already lost you once,i'm not losing you again!
Sally: Shadow!
Shadow: Sonic!
Bunnie: Come on, Sugarhog!
Shadow: Sonic!
[Sonic starts shooting at them]
Sally: Shadow, we have to leave him!
[Sally and Bunnie grabs Shadow and drags him to the train]
[Scene change: Train]
Shadow:[falls to his knees crying] I shoulda saved him...
Bunnie: Y'all did what you could honey, we couldn't bring him back, he's loyal to Robotnik.
Sally: We'll get him back another day Shadow, promise.
Rotor: Yeah, and look what we did with Sonic; we totaled that crystal!
Antoine: C'est magnifique!
Sally: You know I was able to copy some of the Roboticizer software. One day we'll be able to change Sonic back...permanently.
Rotor: Along with all our families.
Shadow: Hang in Sonic, we'll be back...I promise I'll get you back and I will not lose you again
