the first date part 2

Inside the ice cream shop:

Anakin pov: what ice cream are you going to get padme? "I don't know yet probably, mango or something like that. What are you going to get ani?" I don't know yet I have a couple thing I want to try first before I chose. You can go ahead and order padme. "Okay, Hi can I get mango in a cup? 1 scoop please. Thank you! I'll go find a table Ani" okay I'll be there soon. Uhm can I get chocolate brownie blast? In a cone? 1 scoop is fine.
"That will be 14.98$" I hand the money and go sit next to Padme. Me and Padme talk for a while, and eat our ice cream. We eventually finish our ice cream and head back to the car. " Where are me we going now?" I was thinking maybe watching the sunset? "Sure! I know the perfect field". Okay great let's go "Can I play some music?" Sure Padme. *padme turns on Taylor Swift Red album* "This is one of my favorite albums, it's so good!" Anakin smiled, he already knew that she loved this album because Ahsoka told him but he wanted to make it seem like he didn't. "Oh really,  I had no clue" anakin said with a smirk on his face "Oh ani".

Padme pov: this night has gone by perfect, Anakin's actually a very nice guy which I already knew that but it's nice to get to know the real Anakin, when we were at the ice cream shop it felt like me and Anakin had connection, like we both felt each other's pain. I'm so glad that this date was going well, I was so nervous for nothing. We finally got to the field, before I could even open my door Anakin got out of the car and opened my door for me
"Here M'lady", that's a new nick name. I grabbed Anakin's hand and made him follow me all the way down to the field, we set up the blanket and we laid on it and looked at the stars and the clouds waiting for sunset. We kept pointing out clouds that looked like something, I must have been really into the clouds because I didn't even notice that Anakin was staring at me. After that we just laid there until sunset talking about random things, finally it was sunset it was beautiful one of the most beautiful sunset's I've ever seen. We took some pictures of the sunset, then a hour flew by. Before we knew it, it was 10:55 I had to be home by 11 or 11:30!!  ANAKIN!! "What??" WE HAVE TO GO NOW!! "Okay okay" I pulled Anakin's hand to get to the car, we got in and Anakin started driving back to my house, I was sad that our first date was already over but I had so much fun, a day I would always remember.

Anakin's pov: me and Padme were on our way to The Amidala house hold, I was sad that our first date had came to an end but I was so glad that we got to have this date. I'm still very shocked that she even said yes to it in the first place but that was out of the question. I pulled on to Padme's street, we finally got to Padme's house. I got out of the car and opened Padme's door for her, "Thank you Ani, I had a wonderful time with you, I hope that we can do it again soon. Thanks for the ice cream again!" No problem I had a wonderful time too. Hopefully we can do this again. Right after I said that Padme kissed my cheek and walked to the her front door and waved goodbye. I waved back, I was still so shocked that Padme Amidala just kissed my cheek, even though it wasn't a real kiss it still meant a lot. I drove back home to Obi Wan's house, right when I got home Obi Wan was already alseep Old man who goes to bed at 11:37 on a Friday night?? I went to my room and flopped on my bed then I heard a ding from my phone, it was Padme she was just saying thank you and goodnight I texted her back, after that I texted Rex and told him the great news! At first he didn't believe me but eventually he did, I watched some tv until I fell asleep.

Padme pov: I can't believe I kissed Anakin Skywalker on the cheek! I face timed Ahsoka and told her everything that happened, she was super happy. I decided to text anakin and just tell him thank you and stuff like that. I did then I got ready for bed and went to bed, but before I went to bed I heard a ding from my phone I went to go check it and....
