Berserk form is basically the exact same except the eyes go red and what makes it more scary than most is he is completely calm and just does not say a word
Personality: he's very outgoing always trying to help people although is also the first person to choose fight over everything else but is very good and cares for the people around him
How he obtained godhood: during a fight with a Honkai Beast he was 'killed' trying to save Kiana after that he awoke in a forest with a gigantic tree in the middle of it and with somebody he had only seen in his dreams along with a stranger in front of the two The Stranger offered them two different fruits a dragon fruit and a golden apple (continues later on in Heiwa's bio)
