Chapter One: The portal

It wasn't easy passing your exams this morning, but you think you managed to your best extent. 

5 hours and 30 minutes the exam took, having 10 minutes to spare and had already looked over your paper several times. You have studied your ass off for this exam, hoping you Will get good results.
You looked out the window. A small smile crept upon your face as you watched the trees blow softly with the wind and the birds flying around underneath the hot sunny gaze.

You face planted on the table, accidentally making a loud 'thud' noise, getting everyone's attention. You looked up quickly in embarrassment as you rubbed your forehead. Looking at the teacher supervising the class, he gave you a disapproving look at you. Giving him back a goofy smile and embarrassingly looked back at your table. 'Phew, I'm glad he didn't cancel my test. God why do I have to be so stupid at times'. You thought to yourself as you sigh in relief.
You let out another deep sigh as you, out of nowhere,  thought about wanting, so desperately, to see or experience something different, extraordinary, something.... supernatural. Yes, I know it sounds really weird. But you became really bored and sick of the same old shit and people, no offence.

Well, what can you do. . .
Oh right,  just lay down on your bed complaining about life being too boring. You turned your head to face your alarm clock, cringing as the digits were a little too small for you to see. "Uggh, 5.24", you groan, bored out of your mind. Looking back up at the ceiling, wandering what you should do. "Hmmm, what to do. Well I can train for a bit, build up some muscles. Or just do shit on the internet... or just go for a walk". you thought for a while. Shrugging at the idea to go out for a little stroll, you get up, stretching at the process, and made your way downstairs.

"Mom, Dad, I'm going out for bit kay!?", you call out to them putting your shoes on.
"Alright honey, be careful and don't stay too late", Mom called back from the kitchen. Letting out a loud 'mhm' as a reply, you opened the door and walked out.

The weather was really nice out. Breathing in the fresh air, exhaling as you made your way to the park. 
You reached to the park, watching a few people with their kids and dogs, playing around. You noticed the ice-cream van in the distance and briskly made your way to it, rubbing your hands together in happiness.

After a few hours of walking, you take out your phone, "welp, time to go home", you say to yourself as you checked the time on your phone. It was almost 7.15 and the sky was getting dark pretty quickly. You walk briskly back home, finishing your ice-cream that you bought few minutes ago [yes you bought yourself another one] not wanting to anger or worry your parents. Making your way through alleyways as you were taking shortcuts to your house.
You soon stumbled upon something glowing a purple pink light at a corner of an alley. Cautiously making your way to it, continuing to lick your ice-cream. You peaked out of the corner to a dead end but right in front was a strange triangle shaped looking...thing? Well it was glowing a shade of pink and had liquid looking swirls on it. "A portal?", you ask yourself with a big smile. You sure hope it is one really.
Taking your curiosity further, you carefully approached it, extending your hand, slightly touching it. Once your hand made contact with the 'portal', which you were right about it being a portal, as you got unexpectedly sucked in.
'Poof', you were now gone...
